...a healthy penis makes more gains
abso-fucken-lutely
As a healthy athlete has the greater capacity to improve performance.

Keeping it healthy means I make gains even when I don't train... but I do have to have trained ensuring the right hormone, protein HGH balance is in my blood-stream in the previous 24-48hrs; that ain't easy on the body, it takes its toll.

Maybe I'm wrong and I need MORE intensity and then MORE recovery time.
Though to be precise: RIGHT intensity, SUFFICIENT recovery time. Going outside of that is less optimal and will lead to lower rate of growth as you will either not meet intensity threshold or hormonal thresholds, OR you will overdo it, risking fatigue (including adrenal) and injury, or over-long recovery.

Whereas what we are aiming to cause is an overlong penis.

(Time to order new boxers as I can't wear these down my waist enough without it peeking out at the ends.)

Exactly true and with all my experience in this game, this is different for every man. I also think it is vital to use the resting and healing stages using techniques for healing in SRT.

i might just be over analyzing (i do that a lot)
i just came to the realization today that my PE noob gains are OVER, and any more girth gains now are going to be hard work. im a little frustrated and questioning myself. its been 5-6 months since measuring in December and it seems ive only gained 1/4 inch... I guess reality is a bitch, nobody makes gains forever.

1/4 girth gains in 6 months is plenty. Better than nothing actually.
