As far as gains I really don't know because I still pump and jelq. I have grown over past two years though after being stuck for two years. So maybe it did help. The thing is, it's the overall feeling. Mind, body and sexual prowess that keeps me swinging weight.
 
Hi GirthGains. I only swing, I've never tried the heavier hanging. In my opinion I think it just compliments pe as far as getting bigger. Its the other benefits that keeps me swinging weight as i just posted.
 
well finally i have the LM and i just opened it just checking the routines i have to follow using the BM and the LM along whit the manual exercises goinng to get massive in no time :)lol hope so

Oh definitely. Started at 5.5 length 5 girth under head 6 at base. Today 7.25 length 6.2 under head 7 at base.

And thats non bone pressed. Bone pressed I'm 8 so I guess when I started my bone pressed length was a little over 6. Flaccid went from 3 to 5 in length. And flaccid girth went from 4 to 6.

those are big gains you got. Impressive. Congrats! What PE do you feel gave you the most gains length wise and girth wise?

Pump 15 minutes jelq for 5 minutes. Used to do 3 to 4 sets. Now I just do 2 sets after iron crotch. The biggest reason is time. You put in the time You can't help but grow. And I'm a slow gainer. It took me 7 years to gainmy first inch of length and half inch of girth. I'm still at it because I enjoy it.

I don't get the logic of the corilation between doing this and having a big penis or increased hormone levels. I would look at it the exact opposite actual. Your saying Chinese guys do this yet on average they have some of the smallest penises and don't see them having large hormone levels either being that they are typically small and weak. Hope I'm not sounding racist as this is a generalization but of course not true always. But I'm sure we could agree it's more the norm for a Chinese guy to be small and have a small weiner than be big, jacked and have a __________ dick, right?

your not gonna get jacked unless you workout or lift heavy things. The increased horomone levels should help speed the penis enlargement process along with harder erections and more sexual vigour. Look at the monks and the amazing martial arts and things they can do. That's anything but weak in my opinion. Also they keep a more stricker diet and don't over eat like a lot of other people. There meat most likely doesn't have the steroids in our meat. They also drink soy milk which is healthier as well. We also have a lot of sugar in most of our diets. The sugar releases testosterone in a unhealthy way.Also as far as I know this is a more rare form then most Chinese people do. They usually focus on other parts of the body and other things then the penis. As far as I know anyway.

Soy has been proven to increase estrogen levels. I would stay away from it.

Hormones will make you gain muscle without working out. You will just gain more if you do workout. hormones, diet, working out, in that order. You can work out all you want but if you have a test level of 100 and a matching e level, then nothing will happen as far as gaining muscle goes

If your eating dirty meat and sugar then yes you should change that. Organic free range chicken, grass fed beef, and free range organic eggs are all great protein sources.

I'm unaware of monks being part time ninjas, I'll have to look into that. If you talking about tai chi, that isn't much more than standing around and pointing in different directions, I wouldnt call that a martial art

Most Chinese people don't eat Chinese take out here in the western world not the same kind of food. But ya I know about soy and estrogen. Perhaps this is a part of having a balanced diet and life. Tai Chi is only one of the martial arts probably the weakest. Check out with qi gong.
