Hey brothers I would like to know if anyone has hanged behind the balls. I know the Chinese hang weights behind the balls with a cloth and a special knot or method of tying. I would like to learn or hear about this method of how to tie behind the balls as I feel this could have potential of more gains then normal hanging. My theory is when you hang behind the balls you have potential for a deeper stretch. I believe also it could release more hormones from the balls due to the engorement and expansion of the balls. With more hormones being released there should be faster gains in my opinion. Feel free to put out any theories or idea's also on this subject as I'm open minded and want to discover and know more knowledge that could increase penis and balls size and or sexual power's. Sounds extremely dangerous, you only get two testicles I would not hang weights from them
 
I have done this 3 ways and I liked all of them. I have done this with my LengthMaster, I have done it with the LengthMaster Hanger and I have done it manually.
 
I too would suggest extreme caution when hanging, or even wearing a cock ring behind the balls. Very sensitive tissues and such are in the testicles. Also, the 'iron crotch' techniques are not done to my knowledge anyway, for enlargement purposes. It's to promote "chi" or "sexual energy". A somewhat similar concept could be comparing power lifting to bodybuilding. Many power lifters look like nothing more than a fat guy with an attitude problem. They focus on short bursts of strength to move large weights. Body builders more often than not focus on lower weights, but for many more repetitions to build muscle for (mainly) aesthetics/looks. Of course there are people who cross train in both sports.

I was talking about hanging weights behind the balls. Tying around the inner penis, not hanging from the balls.

I always use caution with behind balls. I have clamped, wore a ring, stretched, and squeezed behind the balls. I even used the bathmate to pump my balls with no problems. Somewheres on YouTube if I can find the video again, the iron crotch master says his method enlarges the penis. They swing weights to strengthen there muscles which would fatigue the penis. They also lift heavy weight up to 350lbs or more. I believe the penis would chance to grow thicker after awhile to support this wreight. The penis should by rights get longer as well.

Of course he says that. It makes it sound better. Draws more attention and makes it more appealing.

I have always thought that it was a good idea to work these in as part of a total routine. I remember Redzulu talking about these years ago and I tried back then. Later on I came up with my own ways of doing it.

I have been doing iron crotch religiously for two years. You should start with one pound and add only one pound at a time when you feel you can handle it. I am swinging 14 pounds now. Been doing pe for 13 years someday might stop but I don't think I will ever stop iron crotch. Use cloth or silk, 108 reps, massage do set again all you need do is 3 to 5 sets a day 4 or 5 days a week. Besides getting bigger your pecker gets stronger as well. Also overall well being improves. It has for me anyway.

Thank you for giving your experience and knowledge usmc. How do you tie with the cloth do think you could go in a little detail how you hang the weight and were on the penis you tie. Also gains or anything different you noticed it did to your penis.

Hi GirthGains. You can go to netknots com. Look for barrel hitch, instead of barrel its you stuff other end is open to tie weight. Put your penis and balls through loop and tighten fairly snug tie weight to other end as close to ground as possible without hitting ground you want fairly big swings. Feet shoulder width apart and swing. 108 swings is one set. Then I remove loop massage balls 30 reps the 30 dry jelqs. I preform 3 to 5 sets depending on how i feel. 108 reps takes me about 4 minute.

thanks usmc! Is there anything else in the iron crotch routine that helps enlarge the penis? Do u only swing the weights or do u lift heavier weights for example.
