So I did it.

I have been Penis Enlargement'ing on and off for about three years now all with waiting to find a decent Doc to perform both enlargement procedures.

Here are my stats just before the operation.

Age 22
Do not smoke, eat healthy

BPenis EnlargementL 6"
NBPenis EnlargementL 5.60"
Flaccid ( Measured by Dr. ) 3.75

Erect Girth (Midshaft) 4.25
Erect Base Girth 4.60

One Day post-op with minimal swelling

Flaccid retracted length 4.5
Flaccid Girth (half way between midshaft and base) 5.40

Operation Details

Dermal graft taken from left buttock
Suspendatory ligament severed
Operation time 3 hours

Pain

I am very suprised to not that the pain is minimal. I had a small erection last night, and that was the most painful, but honestly not that bad. The only reason I have been takiing pain kills is to relax me and make me sit and let my body heal.

I don't have any pics just yet, but will update when I get home and can take off the bandages.

Very interesting bud, hope it works out for you. I would be lying if I said I wasnt curious about the cost, I'm sure insurance doesnt cover this, but would you mind filling us in on a ballpark price range this was?

What kind of post-op therapy did the doc prescribe? I have seen hanging, traction devices, and pumps all recomended as post-op therapy.

Most people say the pain gets worse after a few days. I mean, I hope it doesn't for you, but I'm just letting you know what I've heard.

I suspect that keeping up the post-surgery plan of treatment such as ADS or hanging is essential to the success.

Keep us informed of the results! :)

Absolutely. Insurance does not cover the costs of surgery but does for the prescriptions, which are antibiotics and pain kills.

Ball park range JUST for the procedure itself for a dermal graft is 10,000. The lengthening is another 2k and if you choose Alloderm which I suggest dermal, it is 800 a sheet and you typically need 6 sheets to receive the same results as your own skin.

The Doc recomended vaccum hanging, stretching, and pumping.

Honestly the pain is worse when I have to use the bathroom, I know it's somewhat gross but when my bowels are full, it puts pressure where the incision is. It has been since early Friday and I haven't taken a pain killer today since it isn't bad at all.

Wineland. Thank the Lord I did not go with Rheinschild. I almost did when he was with TLE.

He was O.K. when he was at TLE, he had some guys watching over his shoulder. Are you from PA?

Cool bro, I work with those guys all the time. I'm positive Wineland did a good job for you. Now rest up for 6 weeks, you'll have a lot of work to do after!

So far so good, yea Dan and Dr. Wineland are good people. They have taken great care of me so far.

I'm trying to rest, it's hard man I get so antsy

WOw ya, I don't feel so hot after reading this post, but it's interesting to say the least. Your stats were decent, did you really find that this was the best thing for you?!? I see the lengthing gave you 3/4'' in flaccid, we wonder how much of that will convert in erect, probably still to early to find out since it sounds painful to get an erection at the moment but probably in a month or less you can tell us. You said you've pe'd in the past, what was your routines like, with any luck, your length is(was decent), but your gonna be pretty big, with post op workouts.
The best of luck. and definetly keep us posted :)

Why don't you feel so hot??

I did gain .75" in flaccid length, but remember when the penis is traumatized as much as it did, it retracts heavily. I do expect about an inch gain when I heal before post-op.

My routines were mostly manual stretches, jelqing maybe 2-3 times a week, and pumping with jelqing in between. I would also bathroom tug every time I urniated.

Thanks for the luck bud! I will keep you guys posted.

Any other questions? I am pretty bored sitting here in the Hotel by my lonsesome, and you guys are helping pass the time!
