I didnt think i would be so busy at uni with all this work, so i have come to the decision that i wana work girth for a few months then hit the length when i finish Uni in May.

So i was wondering what the best and most effective girth routines are and what would get some good results?

I have been on Deconditioning break for over 3 months now, so i am pretty much newbie status again. Any good girth routines that you guys could recommend?

I am familiar with Clamping. Any info would be great, current stats my girth is 5" about 5.5" at the base. What could i expect in 2 months?

Hope you can help us with few good exercises or routine, SWM, RED, VK, DLD, Goldmember etc ;) thanks
 
Have you kept all your length gains. Clamping and jelqing would come to my mind.


The only thing I would tell you is that I took a decon break(most recent break fall 06) and hit girth for 5 months, I recently started length again and what I would be was cemented, lost about 1/4 of my gains. So hit girth, or decon from length, but when you go back, expect to take a slight lose on your girth gains:cool:

So would it be best to hit length again then 1st then do girth? I dont think i have lost too much size, i was 7.5" now im 7" but i think the extra 0.5" was swelling or the pumped up look from Jelqing.

It doesnt look as big as it used to, but my gf says it still looks the same even after a decon break

So im abit unsure of what to go for 1st length or girth, i would like to get a fat dick but if its harder then to gain length or id loose girth when i hit length again!

Could both girth and length be done at same time, or is it best focusing on one?

Eg:

Monday - girth - clamping, Uli, squeezes?
Tuesday - length - DLD Blasters, manual stretches?

and so on...

what would work best?
 
I'm really liking clamping right now and doing the advanced horse squeezes while in them.

You actually feel the expansion.

I'm also experimenting with all day light clamping.

Instant Girth and Permanent Girth are available with Slow Squash Jelqs. To me, SSJ are the best girth exercise I have ever used.

Yeah, I was looking for it for some time too. Cant wait until RED issues his updated guide!
 
I'm currently experimenting with clamping. I'm trying to find the best way to hit it up. I've tried aakg and progressed to 2 clamps at the same time(aakg is killer). 4X10 min clamp sets(1st two single clamped and 2nd two double clamped:
I've tried cialis and aakg and literally felt like my penis with gonna explode.:O . Also I'm too hard to jelq between.

I typically try to jelq 15 minutes before and after a clamping set (I too am incapable of jelqing while clamped) and, so far, the results have been fantastic.
 
I had a ton of success w/ SUpra Slammers. Mind you this was about two-three yrs ago. I believe I gained about 1/4" from these exercises alone after 2-3 months.

I gained in length and girth at the same time. I wouldn't worry about one or the other. Just choose a routine and stick to it. For me, more girth came with both jelqing and stretching. I hope the same is true for you as well. Good luck.
 
I think i might get a clamp in the weekend then or 2moz and do the following: -

1. Clamp with squeeze, double squeeze, and uli. 3x15mins
2. SSQ - 15-30mins

5 days on 2 days off, or would 7 days a week be better?

I am planning on doing this till May 21st 07, then hitting length for a month before my holiday on June 12th. Or maybe do grith up till my hols then after hols (2weeks break from Penis Enlargement) start length again doing the following: -

1. DLD Blasters
2. Manual Stretches
3. 300 - 600 Jelqs

What you guys think of this plan?

* Would it be more benificial if i did my girth up till hols then start the length after?

I just performed the SSJ in my workout to replace the Isolated compression squeezes.

I gotta say that they do expand ALOT.

In fact, I'm gonna permanently replace the ICS for the SSJ.

Definitely look into it if your looking for a good girth exercise.

DO a search for Supra and his old posts. What happened to the old bloke? He was a large promoter of Penis Enlargement back in the day.
 
Indeed, several of the 'Elders' of Penis Enlargement have discontinued their affiliation with the development of the art.
