I have an electric heating pad I use while extending. The lowest setting to bar skin.

DLD is this too hot? My skin is swollen all over not red, but hot to the touch sometimes days after. Should I use a cloth shield or just use a air heater?

I'm concerned some suggestions anyone?
 
Yes you need a cloth shield. I use a heating pad too on max setting but it has cloth around it so it feels great

That doesn't sound good :(

Make sure that the heat source isn't too much higher than body temperature. You can always opt for using the humble rice sock.

Nah, I'm going to use a electric heating pad as my results are coming from extreme heat softening the collagenous tissues while extending. I may have just went too hot at first, so I'm going to use a piece of cloth over my unit before I heat it up and while extending.

A rice sock for me isn't hot enough.

Things are better now and very sensitive

DLD, when you use or have used an electric heating pad have you use cloth as a shield, or have you warmed your unit up with the pad to your bare skin with no cloth between the heating pad and your skin? And on which setting?

What kind of heating pad are you using? Every one that i've seen comes with a protective cloth over it. I just use a cheap little $10 one from walmart and it does the job perfectly

Dmoney how long do you warm up for with a heating pad?

Do you wrap it around your unit or do you keep it close to your top shaft?

Your workouts routines?

I mainly focus on SO and SU as I have extended my logs from years of hanging weight.

If you want to make nice gains try the SRT routine on very low weight and stress settings focusing on volume.

My stats right now from measuring a few weeks ago are 7 1/2 inches to 7 3/4 flaccid it fluctuates and 8 3/4 to 9 1/4 erect. If I am super hard my head reaches 9 1/4.....I have pics on here some where when I use to pump my flaccid was 8 1/2 inches but my length was the same. I had a measuring tape up to the camera.

With heat I just recently broke through some type of barrier in my unit that I felt throughout my entire unit for a total of two days and now my erections are straight out instead of 10 o'clock, way more sensitive, I cum harder with more load volume, and my unit is straight as an arrow. I look way longer by at least an inch....it freaked me out at first now I'm just riding the wave through continuing with Penis Enlargement.

Set routines get on my nerves, so i just do a bunch of different, intense stretches for at least an hour a night.

9 inches doesn't look big to me, although the ladies always freak out and my girl loves it I just want my goal of 11 x 7 that would make me happy with my progress.

I did get to above 9 1/4 in length and my girth was 7 1/4 it was very nice, plus my head was fat and plump mushroom. It still is fat but my girth from not pumping in over a year is 6 1/4 which is ok, but I hope to be larger than I was. I have been Penis Enlargementing over 10 years. I started at 16 and am 29 now. I was above average before I Penis Enlargement'd.

My unit does not look big to me even when I measure it. I definitely have always used heat but not during my routines but am incorporating it now into my routines because I see benefits.

Are you seeing any gains?
 
Oh no wonder you're so big. But yea I'm only 7 and some change and I've been asked if I was 10 inches before haha. Girls have no sense of size. But I just started a couple weeks ago so no I haven't really gained except flaccid. I don't want to measure until I can see a clear difference from where I was at so I might have gained a cm or something haha

I'm too broke for any kind of equipment so I do lazy ass stretches for hours a day haha. Luckily 90% of what I do is computer work so that's not an issue
 
Iron what length did you start at 13 years ago? And are your measurements Bone Pressed or Non Bone Pressed?
I doubt I gained anything but not warming up could be the reason.
 
Started at 7 1/4 and bone pressed I am 9 1/4. ..


I wrote a giant section of paragraphs but was logged out....can't rewrite all that crap am hungover partying with a group of 23 to 30 year old lady's last night so tired this morning.
 
That's what I'm starting at too. It's funny, your size reminded me of a conversation I had with my girl. I told her about Penis Enlargement and that I was only 7". Lately my inner penis has been sore from stretching it for the first time, so last night's hour of stretches was pretty light. Plus i clamped beforehand, so i didn't go overboard

Reason being, why inject all of your time into Penis Enlargement and make no or minimal gains. Gains CAN be achieved, though everyone is different, there are things like heat and several variations of workouts that you can do to increase your results in Penis Enlargement so that you do not focus on one routine that does not work, thereby wasting your time expecting gains, and potentially increasing your risk of injuries.
