I've been wondering about fluid buildup and girth work... Do you want fluid buildup??? Is fluid buildup what helps in recovery??? Is fluid a good thing to have lots of??? I'm generally confused about fluid buildup...if you can't tell... I've been doing SSJ and iso comps with other manual squeezes along with ATS rollers and some other clamped squeezes... not usually all in the same workout mind you, but within the 5 on 2 off schdule I use... I'm hoping to clear up the fluid build up mess with this post... I don't think fluid build up is a bad thing... I have noticed an increase in my girth overall after a few days rest, and it does seem to aid in the healing process, but these things I can not prove but I do feel there is a connection.... I want to hear how you other guys feel about this and get some of the above questions answered....

I used to get hardcore fluid buildup and puffy after girth. My post girth is now hard and all through my session it is hard girth not the puffy girth. I have not had a donut in months and I am uncut. I don't like fluid buildup I prefer the hard girth as that to me means more for my gains.

I have too since increased to 6EG. Now just have to hope it stays there and doesn't go back down again.

I don't think fluid build-up is good or bad, it's just unsightly for most people. It can also give a false sense of girth gain that can go as quickly as it came. I fail to see how it can help with recovery as lymphatic fluids really does nothing with regards to the healing process of tissues since it builds up mostly on the skin, not the actual penile tissue.

Kausion, did you change anything up in your routine when you noticed that in your post routine girth. I noticed something similar when I changed up my girth routine from pure constrictors and clamped horse squeezes to clamped wet jelqs and double-clamped constrictors. Noticing a lot more hard girth post-workout since the change and was wondering if you had made a similar change.

I warm up for 5-10min before my routine which is longer than I used to. I use a hose clamp as opposed to the shoe lace I used to use.

I only do my routines when I am mentally able as opposed to ever other day like before. This means I am extremely horny when I do my girth routine and I can give it 110% effort where before some days I was forcing a routine out of myself.

I have only taken brand cialis which works better for my sessions than the viagra did.

One thing the fluid buildup might do is stretch the skin a little girthwise. I think this is probably what millionman is talking about. Skin is elastic and wants to hold its original shape. That could cause girth gains to come slower. With the repetition of fluid buildup over a period of time, the skin is going to naturally become looser, and be less restrictive on girth increases, both flaccid hang and erect. Yes, skin stretches, but it also tries to "snap back". If you actually cause your skin to enlarge permanently, the snap back becomes less of a factor. I've noticed a thicker flaccid hang from doing fr and increasing the amount of skin I have. I do not get much fluid build up doing Penis Enlargement, but the concept is the same. Pumping would work, too.

Yeah I would definitely agree that you need to be at least a little horny and have some outer stimulus to get a good girth session. I might start warming up longer too though.

Intense girth workouts I will get alot of fluid buildup sometimes if I keep going, when I do I have difficulty keeping an erection a few hours later up to a few days, seems the fluid build-up numbs the feeling alot or dulls it.

Also if I start getting blood spots, I have found if I cause some fluid buildup it will help get rid of it much much faster, otherwise it will take a few days to go away.

So fluid build-up has it's pros and cons. Too much (the Donut) is unsightly though and is diffinitly a con, I believe this also creates stretch marks over time.

I'm not sure what fluid build up is, nor how to spot it. Any insight?

That is after you worked your girth, then your penis are temporary thicker.
And if you touch it, it's soft, swollen, thats mostly the answer to that.

I'm thinking of ways to try and work some of the fluid into makable gains.

I think that what Kong said about skin expansion has merit... because since I've been doing my girth workouts and have seen significant fluid buildup in the latter workouts in the week, that my hard girth on my off days seems to "fill-up" more space... I felt harder than usual and it seemed to take up more space in my hand... From what I can tell I am not retaining any fluid since my last session on Friday... I think I may be onto a bit of something, but I'm not 100% sure... I'll keep working and see how it goes...

For some time now I've been warming up for 20/30 minutes (while I'm doing something else ;) Then after my workout I warm up, then cool down, rewarm, recool, rewarm.
Since then I haven't been getting the fluid build up, and I'm starting to gain again!

Yeah Longtom I've been doing that too... I usually do about 5 rotations of the three exercises I'm supersetting with and it does seem to help with the fluid buildup... I dunk mine into a thermos full of warm water... going in it's a bit puffy but coming out the skin gets tighter and the fluid lessens... It's been helping me to gain again as well... I was stuck at 5.5 for a while... and now my upper shaft is hitting around 5.5 and overall girth is evening out... that's partly the exercises and how much time I've been putting in... about an hour + everyday... I'm not stretching at the moment... I'm waiting till I get the funds for a bib to do a bib PA combo workout to see how that works out...

Well when I've had fluid buildup I've found that I'm internally thicker as well.

When I've got a lot of fluid buildup, after a while it goes down a bit, but then when I feel it, I can tell by feeling that the inner penis is a lot bigger than usual.
Even when the fluid buildup seems to have completely gone away, my flacid penis is still very heavy with the weight of blood in it for a good while. You can just sort of tell.

People say that the fluid buildup after a workout isn't real. But the truth is that none of it is real and permanent just after a workout,..whether it is fluid or blood or whatever.

The only way I can see it as being bad is if you end up training your penis to grow into a slightly deformed state.
I just try to avoid too much fluid buildup to prevent the end of my glans going permanently a bit pointy, or having something wrong with my foreskin by too much donutting, which happens if I go too intense.

I don't see anything wrong whatsoever with a little fluid buildup. A bit may even be a good thing.

I just added a bit more while you were typing.
I don't really try to avoid fluid buildup, I just try to avoid my bellend going into a pointy cone shape by not going to intense with the pump pressure.

I can see how fluid buildup could possibly be a good thing but, and don't quote me on this, isn't it true that when joints and other parts of the body swell from injury the healing gets slowed down significantly? Isn't that why people put ice on an injury to keep the swelling down? I mean we all know how different the penis from just about every other part of our body, but what are your guys thoughts on this idea?

Well when there is fluid buildup in an area where damage has occurred it depends on how much fluid... Fluid is the bodies attempt to heal itself...and it also serves as a warning that there is damage to the area.... Now there have been people that have discussed ice treatments after sessions instead of heat, and some say that it works very well... I used that technique for a while and I noticed a difference in my bruising post workout as it was not as heavy... but the blood flow benefits seemed to be lost... I believe that is because the penis is extremely temperature sensitive... Anyway, in regards to fluid buildup on the penis I think it has to be in moderation... There are those folks who will tie a band around their joints and pump it into deformity... which is nuts... but for growth I do not see a little fluid buildup as being harmful... use a hot water bath after your workout and pump fresh blood into the area... possibly use a bit of cool water and then back to hot water if you're a bruiser like me.... That really helps with both circulation and post workout "damage" control...
