I need to nail down reverse kegels soon and start doing them and in the BM as well.
To add intensity during my BM session, I often RK while adding pressure w/the VV and do a regular K to hold that extra...I do this multiple times during each 10 minute set. I get a 'tingling' sensation at max-pressure, this is my 'sign' to back-off a tad and restart routine.
The immediate gratification is all the motivation I ever need...just be prepared for your water-bill
