What's your favorite PE exercise, the one you feel you can't go without? Is it a certain stretch, specific girth work, work using any of the available tools (LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, Bathmate, hangers, etc)?

I'm too new to have a favorite, simply haven't explored enough yet but I'm trying to get there so I figured why not ask those with more wisdom!

Let's exclude "edging during sex" from this because that's pretty much a given that everyone loves that and would prefer to do it many times a day lol.

When my hands are cramping up I start seeing how useful it could be for stretching.
 
probably dynamic pumping w/Kegels and RK's in my VV modded X40
 
PhalloGenetics is pretty badass as far as equipment goes, LengthMaster the same, BathMate also kicks ass. The best exercise for girth the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) in SRT, best workout for length SRT again.

I've read some of the SRT stuff. I need to get an ace bandage for wrapping after length workouts.

Another thing in there that stuck with me is doing some length work after girth work and it made complete sense. I've done a little stretching in the shower after jelqing, followed by a few dry jelqs to get the thickness back, and a little while after I get out of the shower my flaccid size is really nice.

This is where having most weekday mornings to myself will be a huge bonus. I get to enjoy sitting in the living room naked doing stretches while watching TV. Mid session walks to the kitchen naked with some extra flaccid length swinging are just fun.
 
Pretty much any intense squeezes. High pressure with maximum engorgment. Single handed at the base, two handed, clamping.

I've only started doing show squash jelqs after regular jelqs and it's just a few. When I get it right it's interesting to see the extra thickness. I'll have to do some searching in the forums here up see what other squeezes are beneficial.

Here's the downsides - my wife and I are on opposite shifts. I rarely get to sleep because I have to get her kids off to school almost every morning and once I get up I'm up. Then she's ready for bed before I get home from work every night. We don't really see each other. It's not a great situation.
 
I've been thinking about this for a while and although it's not technically an exercise I think my favorite thing is the UJW. It's kinda like walking around with a massive softie and psychologically that feels amazing.

IIRC that's a part of active recovery so that would count in my book.

My 3rd BM session I didn't want to leave the bathroom. I did 1 round of stretches before putting it on and it was a huge difference compared to just putting it on.

I'm getting ready to warm up, do my stretches, and follow with the Bathmate. This is gonna be fun!
