When do you stop see results with SizeGenetics if used daly like 6-8 hours on max?
And when should a guy switch from Extenders to hanging methods, after like "how long time"

Using an extender is more of a no brainer. A few weeks of experimenting with attachments and its good to go for the novice.

They combinate them with your stretches and rutines, but do they have to wear the extender 2 years to really get the last inch? I heard its quite hard when it comes to "the end"

Or how do you think those guys do that have been in P-E like 1-1.5 year and have made good gains already, when it becomes harder to gain...

But there is a learning curve to hanging, and so not everyone has the patience to stick with it. In the beginning, the first three months or so, most guys will not gain, because the amount of stress used is usually not enough to deform tissue. One must be aware of this; gains usually start around 10+ lbs. Also, you must learn and understand how to deal with soft tissue conditioning as you increase stress levels. This is very important. There is A LOT to learn. You are constantly learning as you go up in weight, because things are constantly changing, whereas extending is "same shit different day" so to speak. Hanging requires A LOT of knowledge, but in the long run, the results are incredible. If you stick to it no matter what, and gradually increase the weight and be PATIENT, and CONSISTENT, hanging will bring you all the gains that you desire. In my opinion, it is hands down the best way to make length gains, if you are serious about it.
