Well I don't know but it would probably take a while to work up to 2 hours of hanging with much weight but you could apply alot more force by hanging. There are guys hanging lots of weight.... I would think hanging say 10 lbs for an extended period of time would give better gains than using say 2 or 3 maybe 4 lbs with an extender. Maybe some of the pros will let ya know better but that's how I see it

There is a thread about a two members using a kettlebell and getting good results. There are also threads like fedora's, where he used an extender and some manual stretching with great results. Both have brought members gains. It's hard to say which is better.

They are equally good for length gains: the decision you have to make is how you want to make them. Hanging requires more personal time and a committed amount of time per day to sit in one place and hang weights from your penis. An extender on the other hand you can move freely and in front of other people generally for longer time lengths. Depending on how you approach either method hanging or extending can be more or less work than the other. Some guys have a great routine for an extender such as pumping, jelqing, and manual stretching, as well as other guys do the same with hanging. Personally I like to hang more because I feel like a get a better work out and the stretch is more intense where as extenders are a bit less tension and worn for longer time periods. So its really up to you and if I was going to give you my recommendation I would say get the LengthMaster because that has hanging and a couple other methods for stretching and you get the most for length out of that Penis Enlargement tool.

Extender + Hanging would be best but that would take a lot of time. Extending brings great gains and takes no time aside from attaching the unit. Hanging, on the other hand, takes a massive commitment and tons of time. Another good alternative choice would be the LengthMaster.

Hanging no dought.

If you have the time, hanging is a very quick way to gain. But remember that you will need to put in as much time as you can. 4-12 hours a day is pretty much standard.

I have a question about extenders on this threat.

When do you stop see results with SizeGenetics if used daly like 6-8 hours on max?
And when should a guy switch from Extenders to hanging methods, after like "how long time"

There is no limit on what you can gain with the SizeGenetics, if you are wearing for 6-8 hours daily your gains should be great. Hanging can be included at anytime.

I found it very difficult to hang without cheating. I had done it a number of years ago, I suppose being one of the first bib customers. My opinion is that you really have to work at it to develop a technique; how to wrap, sit, warm up procedure.

Using an extender is more of a no brainer. A few weeks of experimenting with attachments and its good to go for the novice.

I agree. Hanging for me was too much of a commitment, too much time sitting in one place, and the gains were not what I expected.

I have heard people are gaining 2 inches with SizeGenetics in lenght which I think its ridicolous much.

They combinate them with your stretches and rutines, but do they have to wear the extender 2 years to really get the last inch? I heard its quite hard when it comes to "the end"

As you gain size it becomes more difficult to gain more size. For me I gained 2" in length in six months but the remainder of my gains came over the years to follow. This math also depends on technique and intensity used, someone who is doing the exercises incorrect or not using enough intensity the numbers change. My advise is to put no timeline on it, settle in for the long haul and gain as much as you can on the way.

Yea DLD. But if a guy had gained alot like 2 inches from SizeGenetics in Lenght would that guy then need LenghtMaster or something like that to gain Lenght? Im asking this cuz thats so intense and for a guy who had gained alot in my opinion it would be perfect.

Or how do you think those guys do that have been in P-E like 1-1.5 year and have made good gains already, when it becomes harder to gain...

The SizeGenetics does not have a predetermined maximum gains number, if you can add bars, you can gain. Theoretically this could be for ever. Adding in the LengthMaster or LengthMaster, or anything else, would be considered supplementary and used to further the success of gains. There is no real combination that directs the success of this, some find the SizeGenetics to be enough, some go on to more extreme methods, some combine them.

For me personally, as time progresses, it becomes more and more difficult to gain but this is after gaining more than 4" in length and 2"of girth. I am sure I will find faster ways to gain as I continue my quest in Penis Enlargement exercise creation and equipment innovations.

DLD I got a big problem with the Basic Stretches.

The stretch named "Behind the Cheeks" Left right and Center .... Is really huring my skin, i feel painful skin stretch? Should it be like this?

How should I feel when I stretch to make sure Im doing it right?

I would not say it should feel painful but you will feel an extreme stretch doing it and it may cause soreness. This is expected due to the extreme angle of the stretch. If it is too much for you right now lower the position a bit to take some of the stress off the base. Instead of stretching all the way up the backside stretch a bit lower, as you become more able raise the angle.

Hanging is definitely more effective than extending, simply because you can apply much more stress. But there is a learning curve to hanging, and so not everyone has the patience to stick with it. In the beginning, the first three months or so, most guys will not gain, because the amount of stress used is usually not enough to deform tissue. One must be aware of this; gains usually start around 10+ lbs. Also, you must learn and understand how to deal with soft tissue conditioning as you increase stress levels. This is very important. There is A LOT to learn. You are constantly learning as you go up in weight, because things are constantly changing, whereas extending is "same shit different day" so to speak. Hanging requires A LOT of knowledge, but in the long run, the results are incredible. If you stick to it no matter what, and gradually increase the weight and be PATIENT, and CONSISTENT, hanging will bring you all the gains that you desire. In my opinion, it is hands down the best way to make length gains, if you are serious about it.

Good explanation.
