ok guys about 13 months ago i decided to go down the extender route only, first couple of years i incorporated bib hanger lots of pumping jelq etc things went really speedy gains wise

so embarking on the extender only path i started at 178 mm 7" length.. have used 4 different devices in the last 13 months

in order i used

static stretcher....vacuum device
size genetics........strap method
Tugger...........vacuum) total culminative hours for all 4 devices over this period was two thousand two hundred hours.
PMP.........vacuum, by far the safest and most comfortable

i'm two and a half weeks into a decon break, and was hoping after reading many posts from all over the web you can pick up gains on a break, i have no good news on that so far.

i have went from 178mm to 186mm on a good day, what do you guys think of this? in all honesty any mm on my dick i'm delighted but one half of me says i would have liked more for this amount of hours.

i'am in no way bitter about it, infact i'm more determined than ever to reach 8 inches, but i don't know maybe my dick needs some shock and awe bib hanger style, thats what my gut is telling me.

i would like if extender only people would post about your gains to hours ratio here, it would be nice to compare and have some sort of reference for people starting out in a ads only routine.

when i started out extending only, i read by many that 1000 hours would be the equivalent to 1 inch gain.
 
2200 hours to go from 7 to 7.32 inches in 13 months. I would expect between 0.5-1.25 inch with all those hours in.
How many hours did you wear these devices per day, probably tension was low on devices? Not enough long hours in...or you are just a slow gainer?
Did you ever take a break in those 13months? Probably penis was put under to much pressure thus slow gains.

I am no expert but....
I would recommend you take a break for a full month then do some manual exercises and restart using the pmp extender. The manual exercises like JP routine, to get increased circulation. Also throw in some manual stretching. Probably warm up & down as well. Then hit the pmp and get 8hours + per day. Hope you get to your goal.

hi coppershot thanks for chiming in, your expectations are very realistic for extender gains i thought the same, on average between 6 and 8 hours per day was my routine, obviously sometimes this would fluctuate either way

always had a heat pad on full duration extending went easy first half hour to allow penis to relax then it was the max tension that i could handle the rest of weartime that day, no break time in that period i had never heard of needing breaks

from extending work, is there a higher category than a hard gainer if so put me in that one.

i'm thinking 6 weeks out and come back, i'm not sure exactly my plan of attack when i come back.....little bit scared to spend another year for minimal returns, i like what hanger is doing at the gym i keep up with his posts

with the progressive hanging, seems to be a lot of fellas benefitting from his knowledge and making gains. and i hope you get the gains you want coppershot!!!
 
Maybe adding in more intensity or ever step up some good manual exercises as supersets with the Extender may double up the gains you have made. I mean, Gains are Gains but faster gains are better:)
 
Seems like you were doing the right thing fonic I have been mainly using the extender on and off for awhile but the last few months I been really at it I think you over did yours right now today is my break down I been on 4 days extend for 4hours while doing DLD newbie strecthes in between breaks but after the 4 hours I may wrap for 30 mins just to keep it extended and give a break from the extender them go back another 2-4 hours and I recently started using the Bathmate had it for months and only used it 3-4 times which I do at night but I think it's important to judge how feel in the stretch right now on 4 day straight and going to take 2 days of because my ligs are pretty sorry it's hard to actually say how many days you need to go but more of how does your body feel i could of easily did 5-6 day light -moderate stretch days but I did more intensity with the manual stretching and wearing the extender which caused me to be more sore sooner. But every body part needs to heal sometime I believe as you would go to the gym if you do more light days of the week you can probably go longer days that week vs going hardcore in a gym and you will be less likely to do that 5-6 days a week unless you build up to it. But im also looking forward to start hanging soon as well
 
Might I add fonic on my off days I wrap it flaccid aka Mummy Dick :cool:

Thanks for the input tparker all advice welcome, its just a pity there is not a hard and fast rule for to abide by thats works for everybody, thats life i suppose, its definitely trial and error and i have gained knowledge about what works for me,

plus like dld says a gain is a gain, i would much rather have the extra i have now than nothing, most of the time i never measured cause we all know this can lead to frustration, but in hindsight i would change that and measure more regular,

and when i'm starting back i will definitely be incorporating the SRT theory, you can spend much less time doing the hard work daily and wrap up and get on with your business.

whats your gains been like are you happy with progress, how much are you gaining in the extender, do you have your hanger yet, how far into the future do you think you will start this?

i have been cheered up by the fact i now read everybody uncut does not retract foreskin when hanging, this was a big issue for me when i started years ago it was so painful hanging with skin back thats why i stopped.

i have now been informed go ahead and just wrap like a cut guy, this i'm sure will make a world of difference. glad i kept my old hanging chair, a good hanging chair is hard to come by lol

I am using an extender after a 3 year break. I chose to come back to the extender since that was the ny way I gainec in my pe efforts. 200 hours in and I'm seeing noticeable gains. I do 4-8 hours a day. Vary it to confuse the dick. I take weekend off to heal. Doing it everyday will hurt you more than help. You dick needs to rest a bit.

WIth you stats and gains your voice is important! Thanks for the advice.
 
I wouldn't change a thing fonic, other than more hours. I'm 200 hours in on the PMP, I haven't gained in years and your gains are very encouraging to me. I would be happy to have a ''1/4 after 2000 hours.

It's just like any other muscle, it will tire and get used to the same old routine. You have to vary the excercise now and then, and muscles only GROW during the resting stage. If you keep breaking it down without ever giving it rest, I'm pretty sure it will lead to problems later down the line. I suggest maybe 5 times a week at most, or alternate and go 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off, 3on 1off 2on 1off, or something of that nature.

While I could see this argument for jelqing, length gains seem more physical than physiological. Thus, results from the SG (or not) shouldn't have much influence from the nervous system.

I could see similar arguments as yours for edging or other exercises that "teach" your body to work in unison for Penis Enlargement (which I would imagine to be effective). That stuff you might want to take a break from or vary the stimulus, but when it comes to the purely physical process of stretching through tension, I don't see how somebody could think this is important.

If you are going to use a "muscle" analogy for length building through extension, the most applicable would be static stretching, no? If this is the case, then clearly breaks or CNS adaptation should not factor into a routine.

The only muscles we are concerned with in Penis Enlargement would be the Pelvic Floor Muscles as they can become stronger and more able to hold a bigger erection with exercise. The penis itself has very little muscle tissue, the muscle that is present is smooth muscle tissue with is not very receptive to being built up by training. The other part that is similar to the gym would be proper diet and supplementation, this is very important in the healing processes associated with the tissue that we train.

Hey fonic, throughout your many hours in the extender were you able to visually see an increase in length? I'm over 800 hours into the PMP and I don't notice any gains. ..

I know you talk about length gains, but was there any girth gains during this time, especially in the base?
