It happened at first then I decided to do a long warm up. After each set I would stop and do another long warm up and then go back to doing the next set until all sets were done then I would do a long warm down.

I have like almost 1.25 inch difference in FSL and E.L.

iwant8inches said:For everyone, because we are all obviously worried of injury somewhere in our minds the importance of the foundation we were told of when we first embarked on this journey is too great to ever ignore. The jelqs not only help blood flow, but condition the penis, kegels help with penis strength or stamina, and the warm-up and warm-down parts help reduce the chance of injury. I neglected all of these for quite a few months and I think I paid the price hence I haven't gained since that time when I was doing all these things. I haven't started jelqing yet again but I will begin on Monday and continue to do 500 every other day (wet jelqs that is) along with a mini girth routine. Within a month I expect to see the results I first experienced with my penis when I started almost a year ago.
I think some times and I know from experience that we stray too quickly from the basics or fundamental exercises that we take our penis down a path setup for failure. I'm not saying someone can't go on to the big boy exercises quickly like say a couple months with the newbie and then putting on a clamp or anything and see results(if I thought I was ready I'd try it out too and will when ready though), but for the good majority of us maybe Phase III or IV exercises are a bit much even after 12 or 18 months. I remember trying out Phase II after joining the site back in the late Spring after only having been Penis Enlargementing since February. I couldn't do it more than three weeks and then only a few times after that every so often. I just wasn't ready and I think it left me in a confused state like where do I go from here?
I never thought of just sticking with a newbie routine or something similar in principle. That's always an option and it could just workout for any of you. The sole purpose of this post is to open the minds of those thinking of moving on to more advanced methods thinking they will automatically give advanced results if you just stick with it. However, if you've only been in the game for a short while or have doubts as to whether or not you are ready it may not be wise to go on. So I'm not trying to steer anyone away from something like Erect Stretches, but to let them know that if they are not ready, yet the basics aren't the worst thing in the world. I'm basically doing them still, but soon I'll be doing even more of the basics added with a few more sets of exercises with a slightly more degree of difficulty. I've tried these out and found what I like and am applying them. This took 11 months though to put something together that I find comfortable enough to work at maximum level. So, experimenting is fine obviously, but take your time fellas. Everyone has their own pace, life, but just take time to think of your level of experience and comfortability sometimes.
