i'm gonna try these tonight. my routine now is pretty simple, 15 minutes of length work with the __________ stretch and basic stretching, then 15 of jelqs, horse squeezes, and the modified horse squeeze somebody posted on here where you do quick pumps instead of one long hold. i'll report how it goes tomorrow
 
i tried this, but i can't feel anything. in fact, i can barely even rotate it around, and when i do, there's nothing special. i did try the wide knee thing and it felt pretty good to just stretch it back like that

You do not have to do rotaries, you can perform the stretch anyway that feels best for you.

but i want too lol. i wanna feel the stretch like you say it is. i want some fuckin gains dammit! i'm tired of being 6.5x5
 
Try my new ligament stretch here and you WILL feel the ligament burn like no other my freind!
 
Just started trying these today, and had a few questions. First off I tried the squat down and do the rotaries, but did not get the same burning sensation many others have described. I also tried the widening of the knees and just pulling back but did not feel much in that either. I have been able to go for 5+ mins in a row with this stretch and feel no burning sensation at any point. Only effect I've been getting is a more stretchy penis throughout the stretch and after, but wasn't sure if the exercise was doing its job if I didn't feel the burn?

Some men may not feel is as much as others due to body type. My suggestion is to experiment in different positions to find one that hits it just right.

Depends on what works best for you. Foot Long Stretches are crazy intense and for me the better choice.

do you mind me asking how much you gained with footlong stretches and how long it took? also what manual exercises for YOU are more intense then footlong. stretches?

I never gained with Footlongs, I invented them but I was not in active Penis Enlargement, only testing. Many users have found gains using them and if I were going to look for gains again they would be part of my routine. More intense than Footlongs? LengthMaster stretching is by far the most intense.

thnx for the reply DLD I meant to say manual exercises without an external device like the Length Master. I guess that would mean footlongs are the most intense without an external device?
 
Whats up guys, I tried this out... And I never really felt any pain or intense stretching, just some normal stretching... I must be doing something wrong, please help...and if u can, post a video... thanks

It seems to depend more on body type when intensity of stretch is judged. Try to make body adjustments that will give a better angle of attack.
 
Been doing these for a while...starting to feel some pulling/stretching sensation when I'm doing these so I think I am doing them correctly now. But I just wanted to make sure I'm feeling the correct stretch. The stretch I feel is normally located right above the base, on the opposite side of the way I am pulling. So if for instance I'm using my right hand, I pull behind the right leg, so the stretchy feeling I get is to the left of the base. And this stretch is felt internally.
