I have been doing this stretch since the start of my PE five months ago. For me, it seems to work best when I am lying in my bed on my back.
How do you do this lying on your back? I don't understand. Do you have your arm behind your back, lying on your arm and back?

He just means leaving his dick under him while he is laying down. He's not doing any rotaries I assume

This is how the exercise is performed. First grab your penis from behind, as you would in a Behind The Cheeks Stretch. Now stretch your flaccid penis behind one leg. In this position squat down. Once in a comfortable position the murder happens...START TO DO ROTARIES! WTF is that pain? That is SERIOUS, DEEP, LIG STRETCH. I did 30 on each side and I was ready for a break.

Yay! Awesome that this exercise is being used! I get sad when I create and exercise and it sinks into the background with no real use. I become overjoyed when they resurface and a Brother has made gains! Congratulations!
 
Your site create great exercises.Also the mother of all lig stretches, __________ stretch.Also for girth, I think the Sloq Squash Jelq is the best girth execise.I have tried it only 2-3 times, because I want to be a little more conditioned, but nothing gives me better expansion.Once again, thank you!

This is one exercise I intend doing starting from 14th October but mine would be done bundled.

First grab your penis from behind, as you would in a Behind The Cheeks Stretch. Now stretch your flaccid penis behind one leg. In this position squat down.
