I agree with Alloy that the wrap can make or break the clamp session. I now use ACE wrap and it works great with no pain. Previously, I had tried a nice, soft cotton bandana and got really bad pain at the base which deterred me from clamping again for a couple of months. The ACE wrap can be bought in any Wal-Mart, etc. for less than $2. Make sure to get the kind that does NOT have adhesive. Once you purchase it, you will not need the whole wrap. Experiment with different wrapping lengths and try to clamp as close to the base as possible without slipping off the wrap. On another note, while you are at the hardware store, pick yourself up a 1.25" chrome and/or rubber ring and use it for a cockring. You should see plenty of expansion with it if you get stimulated and it can actually be easier to do girth exercises with (dry jelqs, etc.). Go to a 1.0" size if the 1.25 is not tight enough for you (but it should be).

Hope this helps!

Are you training while in the clamped position, or are you training then clamping?

Hoosyadaddy, I don't live in the States, and we don't have Wal-Marts here. But I assume the ace bandage is like a standard medical grade bandage?
The cock ring thing sounds like a good idea. Do you think one could use a hose clamp in place of a cock ring? I have a couple of those laying around.

DLD, I train and clamp seperately.

Why not try to train while clamped? I know that the soft wrap during Slow Squash Jelqs helps allot, I can imagine that the clamped version is insane.

haven done claming the way eveyone else does and i dont think im gonna after reading poor expansion
