I have been doing this routine for two months now it is AMAZING!!!!!

My routine for amazing eq
Daily- I do a bundled stretches and hold for 15 mins for each oneMOS
I bundle until i can't twist anymore and pull out. At first the penis is bundled so much it can't stretch out straight but after a few mins of holding the stretch it straightens out I do this for 15 mins bundled to the right then another to the left . If I feel motivated enough I'll do more than just one stretch for each side the more reps u do the longer your bundled penis will stretch sometimes I can stretch my bundled penis until it is just under the length of my erect penis.
For extra effect I do little bouncing g tugs as well and squeeze the rest of the shaft with my other hand.MOS

2 days on 1 day off or every other day-after I finish my bundles I grab the deepest into the base I can and do helicopter swings and then make my penis erect or as erect as I can and edge until I have contractions and squeeze the base and kegal as much blood in as I can and hold.MOSthen I proceed to squeeze my glans in a short pumping manner until my hands can't hold I do it for each side. I do as many as I can until completely fatigued or until I feel like one more stroke will make me nut or if I start ejaculating globs of cum before orgasming then I take a break and continue later.MOS

This has helped my eq more than anything else my erection used to sag down now it sticks straight out and I can finally do towel lifts.MOS
I used to clamp but it ended up giving me really soft girthy erections. Now my girth has gone down considerably due to my tunica becoming hard instead of gummy but my erections are rock hard and I'm not even at 100% eq I'm hoping the bundles and horse pumps will keep building my eq until my smooth muscle can completely fill my penis up and the bundled stretches will allow me to expand my girth beyond what it is now back to what it was while I was doing clamp work but my dick will be hard this timeMOS
Length is not an issue though I assume I will gain some through the bundles. I bundle tight however so it will target my tunica girth wise more than length. I've also noticed after taking photos of my member during sex that it looks ���� star long like lex Steele leading me to believe he is not that long like he claims I'm a little over 8" and it looks like his he's probably about 8.5-9" tops because now when I watch his scenes the illusion wears off and I don't get any type of jealousy anymore

Another good trick for eq and cs development - when u are hard pinch the glans so that when u kegal your cs fills up and hold that until your erection starts to die then get hard again and repeat you will notice your wood gets harder each time you get your wood backMOS

I'm also gonna try bundling without pulling just bundling up until my dick just bumches up and see if that has a better effect on girth
 
I'm not sure what CS stands for but the idea is that if you compress your glans with the fingers of one hand the blood should go to the shaft.
 
Wouldn't it make more sense to clamp off at the base as well, while doing the squeeze?

No because the blood rushes into the erection through the cs you are trying to strengthen the cs and to block it would be counter productive
It's an old Chinese exercise for hardness
 
Do you have a link to the description for the exercise? I'm not really following how exactly your squeezing the glans.
 
I don't see why the cs (corpus spongiosum that is?) should fill up with blood and the cc (corpora cavernosa) should not. Furthermore: aren't they as important as the cs for a hard erection? Besides, is the hardening of the erection by pinching the glans a mechanical or a nervous reaction? I ask because you replied that constricting the base while pinching (sort of SSj or Iso Comp Squeeze) would hinder the erection. Normally mechanical pressure from top would do the same thing as well, unless some kind of nervous reaction (at least I figure something like that) evokes the contrary reaction. Know what I mean?

Interesting, so do you know if the Chinese squeeze exercise will help to develop an underdeveloped CS, as well as increase EQ?

What do you mean with that? Did your cs flatten in response to excessive width exercises like Frendoz and stuff like that? Or do you mean that your cs just didn't get really hard?
Also I want to repeat or rephrase my question from above: why do you only speak about the cs and not about the cc? They're as relevant for a good erection as the cs, aren't they? I'd be thankful if you could be a bit more specific on that matter.
 
The exercise is from a book called Sexual Reflexology it's filled with eastern methods of sexual advancement
As for the cs and cc issue the cc is very important to girth and erections but if you look at certain ���� and see guys with rock hard erections their cs tends to be quite thick I figure that has to mean something because after like 4 months of heavy clamping my cs became flat and squishy now that my cs is harder, when I kegal with an erection it makes my penis bulge

It's best to do the head pinch at the ponr. Once u feel it, pinch the head and once u have an orgasmic contraction flex your pc hard and hold you will feel your cs get stiff like it was your CCs
Once u do it then you will understand y I love this exercise
Remember to hold until your erection subsides
 
One tthing that works perfectly for my erection quality is marijuana. If I want to have a solid erection, all I do is take 25mg Viagra and then take 2 to 3 puff of weed. Wait for 45 minutes, BOOM!!!! Massive erection.

Marijuana helps me to get an erection inside the mityvac. The trick to having massive expansion is buried in having an erection while your penis is inside the pump
