Hey all,
Had to take some time off from Penis Enlargement but now i am back in the game...

I have seen some gains from my previous work before my hiatus, but my main focus right now is base girth and length. So my question is this:

How would i combine hanging (with the highly recommended snake hanger) with DLD's beginner routine?

I have read hanging is an every day thing, and i am doing the beginner routine every other day, so what would be the optimal way to combine the two (assuming i can combine it), to maximize growth for length & base girth?

I don't want to overwork my penis so it doesn't work like it should, so i want to be smart about it. Thanks!

If you are planning to combine it with the Newbie Routine treat it as a completely additional exercise. What are your intentions and how much time can you spare? In my opinion it is impossible to overtrain for length, the limit is how much soreness you can take...most find their sweet spot or happy medium. Gaining an inch through the Newbie Routine while including say, 2 hours of hanging per day would bring this gain faster, no doubt about it.
 
Thinking further on this, if you are taking a passive approach to hanging, it could be tackled in a much different way, consistent with SRT and healing in an elongated state. In this case the hanging would act as an ADS, similar to how the SizeGenetics would be used passively by setting tension lower for longer, healing, extended sessions. Of course a Concerted effort between heavy hanging, light healing and the Newbie Routine...who knows, you could make the gain even faster.

Thanks for the advice DLD. I can certainly spare an hour (probably even two on some days) for hanging, in addition to the newbie routine every other day.

Since i have the snake hanger, i planned on doing a minimum of 3 sets of 15 minutes for hanging, and more sets on the "off" days.

My ultimate goal is 2 inches in length gain, and 1 inch in girth gain at the minimum. If i can hit that and gain nothing more, i will still be thrilled.

Unfortunately I have what feels like a thick filament running down the middle of the dorsal part of my penis, so I feel like hanging is going to be my best bet in gaining length through that obstacle.

I should also expand on my hanging plans:

I would like to alternate between hanging straight down (i need that base girth, think Peter North :cool:) and upward at a 55 - 65 degree angle. And should i do some dry jelqs or something of the sort in-between sets?

Should i be hanging for a certain length of time, a certain number of sets for 10 - 15 minutes, a certain weight?

Currently i hang for 3 sets of 15 minutes on Newbie Routine day, 5 sets x 15 on the days "off". What combination would you recommend to optimize growth?

What you're doing right now is sound. You can increase your hanging sessions to 20 minutes. At your rate of hanging you'll be doing better than 95% of Penis Enlargement'ers on MOS. Just make sure you dry jelq for a minute between hanging sets to keep good blood flow going. Whenever the hanging feels too intense, just drop the weight if you haven't reached your desired number of sets. And DLD will back me on this when I tell you that you can Penis Enlargement every day out of the week. Keep your routine simple. Don't over think it and you'll have optimal growth.

I could not take a day off if I wanted to! And why the Hell would I take a day off? I might miss a gain, right?

Tahir i definitely plan on bumping up to Penis Enlargement'ing every day, i thought i would ease into it by working it every other day to start.

However i am currently dealing with another issue that is impeding my Penis Enlargement'ing! hopefully i can get that all sorted out soon and get back on track. I have it outlined in the "Dorsal Thickening, my limiting factor" thread.

I have been reading through your Progress Log, motivating shit!

Hey, when it's your time to fully commit to Penis Enlargement it'll happen. And thanks for that last part dude. My motivation to Penis Enlargement comes from motivating others! :)

Have you noticed how hanging has been effecting your base girth? I am hoping to build a Peter North-esque foundation, like in ���� where you can see the corpus cavernosum bulging from their sack/between the balls haha

When I started Penis Enlargement I didn't hang til about my 20th day. I made great girth gains because I went crazy with jelqing. I put on about .3 inches of girth in my first 50 days from jelqing, then I stopped being so girth focused and pretty much invested all my effort in length. My girth dropped down to 5.2 by day 100, and now I've gotten it back around 5.25. But hanging did nothing to give me base girth. It's all been in the jelqing for me. In fact I think when I went crazy with jelqing my base girth was up to about 6 inches. Last time I measured it was like 5.7. So I'm not going to claim hanging won't give you base girth, but I will say that if you jelq for 10 minutes a day you'll get that girth much faster.
 
Because I feel like i need to plan ahead with everything, I would also like to eventually throw in SSJ's...

Any recommendation on how i could incorporate it into the current routine?

-drop the number of jelqs and add 1-? sets of the SSJ, or keep the same number of jelqs and throw some sets of the SSJ in?

-mix up the order or space out the time between the jelqing and SSJs?

-just do them on their own?

Apologies if this all seems to nit-picky, i just have to micro manage everything! haha
 
From what I've read on the forums you want to give yourself rest for girth heavy routines. So if I were you... and this is how I'm structuring my routine for the future... I'd do this:

Day 1: Length heavy, girth light
Day 2: Length heavy, girth light
Day 3: Girth heavy, length light

And repeat
 
with myself when im not on a stretch in Penis Enlargement i keep mine going with a light weight small enough to wear all day
under my clothes and it just hooks over the head of penis behind glans this keeps penis in a flaccid stretch which is really light
and it helps when i cant do my Penis Enlargement
900 g is equivelent to 2pounds basically what the Penis Enlargement newbie setting is
no strings or straps for me i found something that locks around doesnt move and doesnt change the way it hangs almost like permenent and works perfect for a weight Penis Enlargement makes my penis go cold and purple well according to Penis Enlargement blood should be flowing in a stretch
i use a stanless steel master lock found perfect for simple hanging stretch it doesnt cut off blood circulation it hangs at the end of penis keeps a continuous stretch now if you do it this way i suggest match your size of behind glands size when you put the lock on it should just be a little tight not enough to over do it cut off circulation i have pics on my jelqin newbie here journal im keeping online here http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?69392-Jelqin-Newbie-here-My-first-time-experience
its simple 900 g of lock weight and i dont have to worry bout circulation cause it doesnt cut off the blood flow
i can Jelq with lock on now discomfort to this
and not cut off as gains would be shown for blood flow
 
I would get all hanging in for the day and train girth at night.

mine i dont just hang on a stretch
with my setup it can work day and night and work along side the Penis Enlargement or with it
in my medical files i have to be very careful what i do blood preasure MS, ED other things i feel pain all over my body but im enduring the stretches cause it helps
i have to ask questions this site is more helpful then my doc sometimes but i do keep a journal for my doc
if something dont work i have to adjust and finding adjustments is good
i still do normal routines and excercises along with this being a daily nightly wearing addition to my body it now has become part of me cause its safer
gains will come slowly and at 900g with it being on 2 pounds i get the safer stretch

now DLD u mentioned you do hanging during day and girth at night
the stretching i understand but
how do you get girth at night are you refering to sleeping and getting girth or doing excercises before bed with Jelqin
it is somewhat confusing sometimes lol
