Seems like its been months since anyone has posted any gains lately. I know I've been trying every girth routine i can think of w/o any girth gains. Just wanted to hear of some gains from people, and how long per day they do it. I know routines and progress shows routines but no gains. I need motivation !
 
I had been in kind of a slump since school started back up. I lost a bit of motivation because I couldn't put as much time into Penis Enlargement and wasn't seeing the consistent month to month gains that I used to. So I took a short break for about a week a little while ago and am implementing a new routine. Also I'm not measuring until January, which will mark one year from my Penis Enlargement debut. I'm trying to keep measurements out of my mind at this point and just notice if he's gettin' heftier or easier to stretch. It's working so far, and my new mentality of using strain that I feel as the gauge to keep going during a session instead of numbers is something I'm experimenting with as well. Don't worry, they're still out there, but I probably won't be posting results 'till January :p.
 
Yea im on my next 1/4" of length i believe... and im doing an intense(well for me it is) girth routine... and about girth maybe a 1/16" to 1/8" midshaft and 1/4" at the base. My routine lasts about an hour because i have to edge a lot during the my routine.
 
gained 0.2" BPenis EnlargementL while I took a month off. can't wait to measure after I end my current routine, still couple of weeks to go.
 
Funny you asked...

Just clocked in at 5 1/2 girth, very happy about that. Also, 7 1/4 BPenis EnlargementL. Both of which, I'm very pumped about. Been training pretty hard lately so glad the results are comming. :)

i also am not measuring til mid-december but i do know i'm gettin bigger. this summer i moved to go to college so i don't see my girlfriend much. i am home for thanksgiving after not seeing her for a month and we were dieing to get it on. the reason i knew i was gettin bigger was unlike it used to, it took a while for me to get in and i had to go slow forever cause it was hurting her. maybe it sounds kinda bad, but that makes me feel awesome cause that never used to happen, even after being apart for a while.
 
I'm holding off on measuring till the end of the year. But things are looking good lately so I have my hopes up.
 
I've been in a gain slump recently. I think I've been overdoing it so I'm re-assessing my workout. I have been trying to test out the no rest day theory recently but have found that it has almost completely stopped my gains. I'm now going back to a 3 days on 1 day off routine. Even though I've not gained from this little experiment I've definitely benefited because I now understand how easy it is to overdo it. I may even test a 1 on 1 off routine. I'll see how I get on with 3 on 1 off again.
 
I've been gaining. My measurements from the top are now what my measurements on the side used to be. I used to measure from the side but caught a little flak for it so I switched. For the last couple months, I have been keeping my head down, working hard, to get my official top-side stats equal to my old side BP measurements. On the plus side, my flaccid hang is definitely bigger and I have even gained a little girth. Overall, I am very pleased with the gains I have made in the last two months...and so is the missus! ;)
 
Well, I try not to measure too often but I'm now 8.25x6.25 Those are definately gains :)
 
Hello all. It seems like I have made some good gains some a little unexpected. Had injury from over doing it some time back. I had numbness on the shaft and glands, and took time off. Ended up being a full month. Have been working my way back and seem to be a good 1/4 inch up on where I was after 2 weeks back. Unit seems fuller and heavier also. Now I am all excited and looking to cementing all these gains. Now at just under 7.5 bpel. 5.25 eg

I was just jokin' but you are so right. In all seriousness my GIRTH is getting back up to its size before my break. Length I have high hopes for because between manual stretching & hanging I am literally stretching most of the day and more once I get that stretcher thing.

btw: I started taking walks again so maybe I can get that 10.5 nbp. Don't know if a 20 minute walk a day will really make a huge difference but it is better than nothing.

Walks are good! They can help clear the mind if nothing else ;)
