I've been using the Bathmate quite consistently and think it is the best pump I've used. Not a cheap toy as some assumed. Thick Polycarbonate cylinder and very simple to use. 10 minute soak to warm up and stretch out and then 20 minutes fully erect and kegaling. I'm closing in on my last .5 inch of my girth gains goal. Going to add some clamp work again to push it over the top. The Bathmate avoids the spots and even the donut I guess from the moist heat and better circulation. Two thumbs up from me! I won't dry pump ever again.

I agree. This is my second day using it and I'm liking how it's turning out. When I'm sitting I can actually feel it and when I'm peeing I'm wondering "this is mine?" My girth is definitely bigger in flaccid size and erect size. I don't pump erect though. I just follow the instructions on the box and paper, but my sessions are 20 minutes a day like it says on the Bathmate. I will use it everyday for 20 minutes and see how it will turn out. The best thing about the Bathmate is there is no annoying donut seal and no messy lube is needed. Just water. You can even shower with it. There is a seal but it's really big enough that your penis doesn't have to squeeze through something unless you're already packing incredible girth. ha ha. For pressure, if it is too much, just press the release valve a bit to let down the pressure. This is perhaps the best pump I bought yet.

A regular pump can be used as a water pump. Just get a fluid reservoir for a brake bleeding kit and attach it between the pump and cylinder to catch the pumped out water.
