I started all this in December, here is a short back history:

I got the stretcher in the end of December. I used that device for tops up to 4 hours a day in 1+ hour sessions until Feb. In Feb. is when I found this website and I started the DLD newbie routine(350 + Jelqs) + stretcher work till early March.

At that point the Bathmate came in and I switched up my routine to a length routine in the Am+ Bathmate w/stretches. and then in the PM I do Bathmate sesssions and SSJ's. This is basically what I have been doing since the Bathmate came in.

I Penis Enlargement at least 5 days a week and usually even on my off days will stick the Bathmate on for 15mins at least. If I am at home and taking a shower I have the Bathmate on.


I am doing modified routines of Bathmate hardcore stretches, Bathmate girth blasters, and newbie AM routine. I do not have time to do the DLD ultimate routine or whatnot as I have work and school all through out the day.

Here are my issues. Although the Bathmate gives me 1" instant girth I have not retained any real gains. I have not gained even .25" of length through stretching and my penis, erect, flaccid, you name it will be back to normal in 2 days if I am not able to Penis Enlargement for some reason.

I had some intensity problems but I know it is there now, my dick is purple most days of the week from Bathmate use, spotted from jelq'ing, and I intense soreness from stretching.

I understand positive reinforcement when it comes to Penis Enlargement. I know many of you have been doing this for years but in my 4 month, with two of the devices, lots of reading, and what feels like hard work I am getting frustrated that I am not retaining any girth gains, and not gaining any length.

I want to get into hanging but obviously need to do that carefully. Could you all link me to any hanging info, or opinions on clamping?

With all this said this website has been great for me. I grew up watching �naked people movies� and have had a serious complex about the size of my penis since post puberty. Knowing that I am average has changed my attitude and really increased my quality of life just in the past few months. Just thanks in advance to anyone with advice and all those that have made this website a reality! I wish I would have come across this when I was younger.

well i did 3 sessions per day and maxed out the Bathmate in 2 months, use Vaseline before you enter, first jack off to �naked people movies� do not ejaculate!

I use Bathmate in my room with a bucket to pump out water and some water in a bottle...
when you enter go in 90-100% erect!
every 1,5-2 min pump to have even more pressure!
fill the Bathmate till the top with water while your penis in!
after the session massage with vaseline!
cut the foam of your Bathmate off, it gives better suction!
i cut mine off and got great suction to the point my girth surpassed the herc!

How did you start Penis Enlargement? What routine were you using?
 
Hang in there it can take a little more than 4 months in most cases. Extenders are not my favorite devices, add some manual length work, add a kegel routine, and when you pump try to max out each time you pump. The Bathmate is my favorite device and once guys learn how to use it you never hear of them not gaining it is like a duck to water.
 
Overtraining = no gains. Keep that in mind. Always watch for your EQ as a sign of good workouts.

Also, use less the extender and more lenght lig work... if you`re also going for girth I definetly recommend clamping.

The penis is a piece of tissue that can be traumatized. That much extender work and then on top of it using the Bathmate and jelging sounds dangerous in a way when you've only been Penis Enlargementing for a couple months and started out like that. Checkout my log. I started at the same length as you and now I'm here in about a month. I took 2 days off and even busted a nut the night before to make sure anything temporary was gone before I measured so I'm sure it was a half decent measurement. I would suggest taking a week off and then sticking to the newbie routine strictly for a month with your normal AM and PM Bathmate pumping but I would do 10 minutes in the Bathmate, take it out and Jelg 100 times, put the Bathmate back on for another 10 minutes for each workout. I would also suggest make sure that you get in good manual stretching. I gained really fast when I could stretch well but now I'm lazy as shit and paying the price for it to be honest if you look at my log. The Bathmate and Extender are good tools but Jelging and manual stretching are the backbones of working your penis well. Besides, the Bathmate and Extender leaving huge marks on you and things like that doesn't mean that your getting a good workout. It means their could be something wrong with your penis.

@DLD: I soley started with the extender. I had not come across this site. So I used the extender for 1 month solo at least 5-6 days a week. I then found this site and went with Extender use, and your Newbie Routine. I then got the Bathmate and did a month of extender, newbie routine, and Bathmate.

Each step of this was about a month:
-Month in the extender
-month extender+NEWBIE
-Month extender-Bathmate-Jelq
-and up-to-date -Bathmate mixed routines including, hardcore stretches, SSJ, And--- Manual stretching-jelq-Bathmate AM routine)

I do hardcore stretches in the Bathmate and I do Kegel warm down routine after every jelq session and girth session. So min once a day, usually twice.

I now have cut back on the extender and I do manual stretches 300+ jelqs followed up by a 15-20 min Bathmate session usually AM - At night I get in the Bathmate do a good 15+ mins.. Take it off and do SSJ for as long as I can.. I can only get 15-25 seconds but I am improving that hold time. I then put the Bathmate back on for 5, repeat, etc.

I see the crazy girth gains and from these girth sections I have gone to just over 6" in girth. However after 24 hours(or once all Bathmate swelling, water retention) is gone I am back to bone stock regular size.

I really feel like I am a slow grower, it just feels like my member is resisting me... if that makes any sense. Might be very mental.

Thank you all for the advice. I left out some details I do do kegels/warm down routine. However I think y'all are right about over training. Animalwannabe. I do not feel like I have done any damage to myself. Although I am willing to take discomfort to make gains I know my limits. I will head your cautionary advice though. Thank you.

@dorsay I have seen a few different clamping threads on here.. Do you have a favorite? I really am going for girth. I am not long but I am NOT unhappy with my length. Length gains would be great but i really am going for girth.

Don't feel slow! In my first year I struggled much with girth (I wish the Bathmate was around then!), it was after my first year that I really started packing on girth. For me I needed much more intense girth work to make gains.
