I was thinking about you earlier and I think you should do some Head Squeezes too, this will help return all blood flow and bring feeling back much quicker. Get an erection and kegel as much blood as possible into your head and then squeeze it back out. DO this for a good 3-5 minutes and things should clear up even faster.
Thanks for the thoughts DLD, I'll have to do that. I've been scouring the web for advice, and it looks like I probably did some temporary
nerve damage either through excessive compression or ischemia (lack of circulation) due to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
It'll probably be anywhere from days to weeks to months before 100% feeling returns, but I'm crossing my fingers.
I think that's a great suggestion, because it'll have me doing some form of PE as therapy so I don't lose my hard earned habit!

hope things get better dude , its a real bummer when you cant train :/
Thanks man, hopefully this is just a temporary setback and it'll be a lesson learned to always take things slow and
most importantly always keep blood flowing in your meat stick, haha.
Days 27 &28 (Rest/Therapy days)
Sensation is present on surface of head and glans, numbness is most noticeable around the inside of the glans all around,
especially the inside left half of the head and to a slightly lesser degree on the inside right of the glans. Numbness is
also present underneath the glans on the left side about a centimeter down from the glans. Erection level seems
to be fine, still waking up with morning wood, but the lack of sensation has taken a bit of a psychological toll on me.
Per DLD's advice, I will start doing Head Squeezes for 5 minutes a day, and cut down on ejaculation to keep EQ
higher/more consistent throughout the healing process.
On the bright side, I measured my BPEL yesterday and it was 5.8, which is +.3 inches since I started a month ago.
Let's see if I keep this during the healing process, but I'm going to keep realistic expectations.
Thanks brothers,
