Hey guys,

I'm a recent college graduate with big goals, and am about to start the next phase in my life. I
generally subscribe to a fit lifestyle and am comfortable with setting goals and achieving them,
but have had trouble transferring this same mindset and persistence to the field of PE, with my previous stints
last weeks if not days. But I've developed a recent fire and re commitment to not just weight lifting but also
All my physical attributes and be the potential best I can be.

Also I'm definitely a grower and wouldn't mind walking around low hanging as a shower either.
so some of my motivation stems from that alongside the gasps my girlfriend gives when my head expands to
it's maximum and those are the times I've made her squirt, which made me realize that if I grew more,
I could provide her with that all the time. And you guys know there's nothing like a satisfied woman by your side.
So I'm going to track my progress here and give it the consistency I know I am capable of!

I'd like girth over length, but definitely both.

and see where I end up in a few months. If I'm over 6.5"x5" by October 1st, 2014,

Great to see another Brother working the whole body. PE comes so much faster, and with so much more fun when covering the whole body. A change in penis size is huge but when you combine that with a better, more in shape body you are really stepping your game up.

I have 3 questions that have been lingering in the ole noggin.
1. Do you find yourself breaking up sessions often and has it yielded significantly different results from one long session? I read elsewhere that you break up your stretches and jelqing sessions frequently but i was curious as to your verbatim initial approach gaining 2 inches so quickly.
2. Would you say that the stretches themselves are a sufficient warmup for the jelqing if done in one session?
3. Any non oil based lube that works well and is easy to wash off? I think i tried albolene for a stint...

I split the routine between length and girth, I do my girth work at night and the stretching work in the am

I really only like vaseline because it stays lubed long enough, anything water based always dries out too quickly.
 
Day 1- warmed up, stretched, jelqed 200 in the shower. Solid session, had a good flaccid hang afterwards.

Day 2 - did stretching routine 2/3 through, jelqed immediately afterwards. Had a decent hang afterwards, was feeling extremely horny today... Went wild with the girlfriend. 3 times in a night . Might have just been my imagination but she was definitely enjoying it a bit more than usual... And vocalizing it too. MoSers I await the day that I get visual confirmation from her :) measured bpfsl at 5 14/16" I'm closing in on 6!

Day 3: dick is a little sore today, went through with the routine, been using Vaseline the past two days ( heads up to DLD for the tip) did the entirety of the stretches 3 x through) and the jelq along with some girth with afterwards... Had some solid girth afterwards I was pleasantly surprised.) definitely realized that I can devote an hour to this everyday in lieu of other pointless Bs. Bpfsl today 5 12/16" but I took the measurement about 2 hours after my session so probably closer to cold" measurement.

Hopefully I can break 6 inches bpfsl next week!

I've broken down micro targets to my 6.5 "x5" target for October and I've calculated it out to every day is a little over a tenth of a mm. Which may seem small but I'm a quantified type of guy and it helps me dial it in.

Vaseline is the best in my opinion not just because it stays lubed but because it gives much more drag to the stroke opposed to a slippery stroke found in many lubes.

Definitely noticed better drag and more engorged entry afterwards using the Vaseline. Also noticed that I noticed more of a "stretch" inside while jelqing if I pulled the skin back at the base with the other hand in between strokes.

Day 4.

5 minute warm up in the shower
Stretches 3x through, noticed that if I could generate a more intense stretch by using my other hand to pull on the stretching hand.

How are yall doing the stretches closer to the base? Been trying to do this and wasn't very effective for me. Found I could complete these in circuits of 8 minutes.. Not bad.

Did a little over 300 jelqs, incorporated a squeeze in between each rep when both hands were in the OK grip and noticed better temporary girth afterwards. Completed these in circuits of 5 minutes.

Bpfsl after stretches: 6" = milestone, pretty excited about this

Next goal = 6.5
Mid term = 7
Long term =>7.5
 
well done dude so far things looking good , as for the stretch question i'm not sure i fully understand it :S dont know if i am having a blond moment or something

And you should be and it shows that asking questions here and taking the advice will always benefit you.

Warm up 5 mins in shower , 2 of which were directly under the faucet.

3x7.5 mins stretching. Btc stretches were really stretching the ligs today.

3x5 mins jetting. Over 300 strokes, did some ulis and squeezes in between reps, good expansion.

Did a few minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] after 100 kegels but was having a hard time keeping the boys engorged, probably no more than 15 secs before the blood drained.. Any suggestions? Was viewing some sexy materials but maybe it was overkill at this stage in the game.

Felt some nice soreness afterwards and had a good flaccid hang after the jelqs but I noticed that after the warm down it shrank significantly, not sure what this means or if i should lessen the temperature in the shower water.

Bpfsl = 6 1/16" today whoo !

In other news, ramped up to 435 for a single on Squat today, which is tied for my all time best! Wonder if PE had anything to do with it ;)

Day 6.
Did another short jelq session in the evening, went out downtown and didn't really get any good sleep as a result so I kept the session this morning short and sweet.

5 minute warmup
3x7.5 minutes all stretches, incorporated expressive stretches as well
300 jelqs in 10 minutes
5 minute warm down

Bpfsl: 6 1/16"

That is the human condition isn't it? We always want more... but for good reason in this case ;)

Do you think its advantageous to add in things like Mandingo stretches, and ballooning at this stage in the game? I'm thinking it might hinder rather than speed up my development but just bouncing ideas around....lol

newbies are newbies for a reason eh?

Yep. I'm always strapped, when I hit the club, niggas give me daps...

day 8: light workout, rest day of sorts, GF was around a lot so I made do where I could.
less than 100 jelqs, probably half the volume of stretches but i focused more on BTC stretches.

I did some mandingo stretches and two handed expressive stretches, but something that
REALLY got me was getting this narrow tube and leveraging it under my unit and my legs,
and stretching over it and down, generated way more power that way and could really feel it
deep in the ligs and inner penis... WOW that was intense.

I might have to invest in the power stretch later on or make do with some kind of jerry rigged
contraption while I'm still job searching. the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] looks particularly interesting, as I'm
getting more and more interested with girth growth....but I think I'm getting a little ahead of myself.

Day 9:
warmup 5 minutes under faucent
3x8 minutes all newbie stretches +some mandingo stretches
350 jelqs in 15 minutes, 3 second jelqs

BPFSL yesterday: 6 1/16"
BPFSL today: 5 15/16"

Unit is slightly "achy" and sore, so I'm gonna take the day off from manual work.

Did 3 rounds of 20 minutes in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], started my first week today, so
I'll be doing the full 8-12 hour sessions by June 20.

Achy and sore is a good place to be, it shows there has been a substantial breakdown in tissue.
