Well the strategic deconditioning I believe is what I was talking about. Shouldn't it be possible to include that in pe?

I know this is all hypothetical since this replies to muscle activity, but it does have some similarities. Taken from your link on progressive load:

I completely understand what your saying but it is alot easier when it comes to weight if your gain strength or not. With Penis Enlargement its hard to tell when gains are coming or slowing down since its takes time. When it comes to weights people do that because they are no longer progressing.

And something I figured I should add is no one fully understands how the penis grows from Penis Enlargement. It would make sense to follow some guidelines of weight training with it but not everything.
 
I have yet to find what type of routine will work for me. Has anyone gained from using rest days,decon,IPR,etc. I have such a hard time taking days cause I dont know what works for me yet.
 
Thats because you dont give it enough time to allow anything to work.
You should have a routine or plan and stick to it. Like dld said in a thread this isnt complicated so dont make it so, which is what you try and do if I'm honest about it.

Why dont you just stick to basic stretches and wet jelqs, you will see gains with those and they are simples or do something you can actually stick with and not keep messing about on.

Plenty of routines in our routine section from members than dld has one in the newbie section and I have three in that section aswell, so you have plenty to go at.
 
There alot of guys who Penis Enlargement daily. Some have days off alot. Some take breaks for weeks or a full month and have had gains with this. I have a long history of weight training so I fully understand the "grow when you rest" stuff. I dont want to throw myself in a ditch by taking days off if I dont need to or doing it daily when my hammer needs rest. So can someone explian a few things:

1) What type of routine do you follow right now(1on/1off,daily,etc.)
2)How does the penis grow from Penis Enlargement....FACTS PLEASE!
3)if you tried more than 1 routine schedule what do you think works best?
4) My flaccid size is not that big and i dont get sore from Penis Enlargement so I cant tell if my unit is overtrained it or not. What are signs that rest is needed?

For me, length training need very few off days. But for girth, you need to train like 3 days on and 1 day off. Rest, from my experience is very important for girth work.

That makes perfect sense as the flaccid penis does not need any rest as a matter of fact.The more tired it becomes, the better it is for you to stretch. But with girth, you do need time off and I suggest as little as possible, but with what huge girth said, makes the most sense three on one off

The penis also get rest when length gains is the focus. The rest is the time spent daily in the passive state and the time spent sleeping.

Exactly and that's why I always say no pe when sleeping plenty of time in the day
