Red, maybe you are one of the lucky few that only has one tunica. That thread of few years back about the autopsies of the 28 dead guys showed something like two of them had one tunica, most had two, and the rest had three. If in fact you are one of the lucky ones, fewer sessions would in most likelihood give you progress. But for the extremely unlucky 3 bangers, that might not work so well (or even for the normal guys with two). Of course none of us know how many tunicas our dicks have, or even if in fact the theory that more tunica equals harder gains. On the other hand, who is to say that all tunicas are created equal? Maybe someone with the normal two has thicker, stronger ones than some guy with three. Or maybe someone with one tunica has one hell of a strong kick ass tunica that is tougher than someone with two. Maybe how many tunicas your dick has isn't the only factor in ability to gain, but rather how tough they are.

I have read many times where you refer to guys that don't rest as ignorant or following the crowd. Some are, but maybe some have no choice if they want to see gains in this lifetime.

If they have stronger tunicae than just step the intensity up and gains will be seen, the body has no option but to adapt to the stress placed on it if the stimulation is sufficient.

I think your post is shrewd in how its been thought out and typed in that your suggesting I could be 'special' having one tunicae while most men could have 2 or even 3 which hints that what I preach regarding rest being very important in Penis Enlargement, possibly being overhyped.

This boils down to INTENSITY as I also have written about many times. Those who find it hard to gain need to use more intensity but they cant go balls to the wall on a daily basis, day in day out because they will hit a brick wall eventually and thats where the rest days come in.

Red, I certainly wasn't ripping you, only asking that you be a little careful when using words like ignorant or "following the crowd".

I started with three on and one off, then two on one off, and now I am switching to one on and one off. My EQ is not what is was or should be. I lift also, and I know and appreciate rest days. As I get older the rest days keep increasing!!!

Its okay I didnt take it as you ripping into me, just saying you worded and thought it out rather well.

Do you have a link to the study? I would like to do more research on this tuincae thing.

I actually had plans to make a fitness schedule like monday full body at gym, tuesday Penis Enlargement, wednesday full body at gym, thursday Penis Enlargement - you get the picture. Would that be stupid according to your theory? I'm planning on doing both at somewhere near max intensity. Though if Penis Enlargement burdens the CNS system, there is no time to rest.

Since I'm sensing your into bodybuilding too, can I ask what you're doing to prevent this kind of overload? Do you do Penis Enlargement and your regular gym visits on the same day?

Could be an idea to do it all on the oneday. I do my fitness stuff 2-3 times eachweek and no more.

If we start to introduce some of the other theories from traditional bodybuilding it adds a whole new approach.

Now forgive me if I'm wrong here, but it has been six months since I had my last workouts. But when bodybuilders end their routine they take a week off, before they start again because it makes the muscles forget what kind of intensity it received under its last workout. Now this allows the body to respond on lower intensity once again and the muscles grows though you're not even lifting your max.

Now I'm not saying that it would be smart to go all the way back to basic stretching, when you've been doing Penis Enlargement for years, but a week off once in a while might make the penis more responding to a workout, once you pick up the training again.

So I get that the penis isn't a muscle and we're streching to cause cell division. Now I haven't been able to figure out how long mitosis actually takes, but there gotta be someone in here who's majored in biologi? It's a pretty important question to ask, because it could be the answer to how long our precious needs to rest.

Also this person could possibly answer if a protein rich diet causes to speed along the mitosis as well as it does to muscle regeneration.

ronron234, The week rest is for joints and other stuff. Muscles do not decondition in a week or even a month for that matter. It take a pretty long time for them to decondition.

Well as you're working out too, it's pretty essential for you also, right? :) If the muscle doesn't decondition at all, than why would you start lower than what is actually your max, once you start again? I'm quite certain that I read that the muscles forget faster than the CNS system, thats why you should take a week off once in a while, when you're stuck at a certain weight. I'm not english, so I really can't say if deconditioning is the word I'm actually talking about.

I don't mean any disrespect and I'm not following up on this for the arguments sake, but I did do some intensive reading back in my bodybuilding time, but as I said it's been six months, and if you're quite certain on what you're saying I will rest my case..
