Just a quick update, been slacking a bit lately, only doing the morning stretch and strap during work. Have been having more sex lately, and that kinda kills the motivation lol, makes me lazy.

Need to get a better schedule, my manual + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] work is taking about 1:30 hours. Since i usually only get to do it at night, it makes me keep up very late, so i need to change this.

I could get away with the manual stretch at work, but i worry about the warm up, since my manual work got better from the regular warm up.

What do you think a good warm up could be, with only my hands as a tool? no warm water, no heat, etc...

That way i could probably go back again to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] :)

Don't slack off too much, you have been doing so well, don't stop the momentum!

You can warm up with a simple massage and light stretch in all directions. Do this for a couple minutes and you are good to go, a very proper warm up.

I was under the impression you wanted to get your penis very warm.
If this truly works for a warm up I might do this for the morning portion for the stretching and keep my heating pad for the night time girth work since I feel it is a bit more intense.

Well.... I did slack a bit more hehe. Took some more days off, being doing just some light stretches here and there.

But now I'm Back :D and it feels great!

Haven't tried it yet, but it will be my choice in the next coming days.

I was doing (and still am) 2 manual stretches a day. One in the morning (shorter) and a "heavier" one at night. Going to try and do the later in the afternoon at work. I've clocked it at about 20/25min. There should be no problem.

I'm off the supplements for a couple of days, might be a week of so. I started to have some huge headaches (i think its stress) and stopped will all the stuff i was on.

Maybe next week will start again one at a time.

Yesterday i started full on :)

Morning manual stretch, warm up in shower, pull and hold for 25 kegels left, right, down, center and up. 20 cranks after each direction. Heli shakes after each pull.

No warm down.

Leg strap on, about 6 hours, break every 2 hours and light stretch to keep all nice.

After work, second stretch session.

Warm up 5min, hot water and massage.

DLD Newb Routine x1 holding for 25 kegels + 1 5sec reverse kegel. Heli shakes in between.

Using boxer shorts as grip, so far the most comfortable, baby powder close second.

No warm down.

A few hours later [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session.

As usual every time i'm excited i go a bit overboard, but nothing special. Got a bit of fluid retention but by now it's almost all gone.

This time did:

3 x 6min.

in between 5min 100% erect jelqs and 90 v-jelqs at the end.

Used baby oil and leech oil for one of the sets.

This something different, i had a bit of a silicone sleeve, about an inch, and used it at the base, this way there was no pinching from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at full pressure. This resulted in going almost max very quickly which i think made me get a bit of fluid.

My dick looked huge! lol and heavy at the end. Didn't do any clamping just [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and jelqs.

Will continue that for a while.

I think the break didnt made me loose any gains, i believe i did some more (not much) from my last measure (01/08). Will try and post some more pics on the weekend for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] Championship.

I was looking at some sizes, and right now i really want to get to 8" NPB. I think this will be the most challenging. Need to try and get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] back in the game.

Girth i'm trying to get to 6,5 till the end of the year. Maybe a bit too much, but will try it for sure.

For 01/13 hope to be 8/6,5 we will see.
