So yesterday, was not a very good Penis Enlargement day.

Only managed to get a very light stretch in the morning, then the rest of the day i couldn't touch my dick because it would get insta hard lol. That shit was still in my system. I still feel it a bit today. Wont be touching that for a while. But good to know they work. Next time will only use a 1/4 pill.

I took the chance to do a very nice girth work.

5min warm up hot water.

10min clamp

3x3min Jelq + V-jelq.

Got a bit of red spots, but they went way in a few minutes.

Managed to get a nice expansion with almost no fluid.

Getting more and more fan of clamping.

What do you think of doing a 5/10min clamp with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routine. Too early? too much?

Also i will try to make up this week, by doing 3 days on 1 off and see how that works.

I think im back on track.

Morning stretch, same routine, warm up, stretch left, right, down, front and up, hold for 25 kegels, 20 cranks after every pull.

Leg strap on, about 6 hours also today. breaks in between, i have mixed a few stretches here also, do the same as above but for only 10 kegels. Them strap back again.

At home, did my regular stretch routine.

8min Warm up, hot water on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], very low pressure.

1x DLD Newb routine, hold for 25 kegels + 1 5sec reverse kegel.

Shower at the end.

Then 3x5m

in between, 5min jelq + 90 V-jelq.

My aim now it to get to 190 in the third set. Im about 185 so far. A few more days and i think i can get there.

One question, i've been trying to mix the hardcore stretches, do i need to go full pressure or just enough so it wont pop out? I was not doing those because at full pressure i can barely touch it, but i noticed that at medium pressure im confortable enough to do them and with a nice strong grip.
 
Sometimes I take it for granted but it really does make me feel so successful to see you guys use my work to make yourself better men! When I see DLD this or DLD that it can become something I get used to but every once in a while I see it and I smile. Thanks!
 
WIth surgery, in any case, it is all about references and being diligent in researching them. A shitty surgeon is like a bad artist, the medium can be perfect but the artist messed it up. One penis per man, don't risk the only one you have for desperate measures that may not measure up.

So, just a quick update, i took some days off, work and Penis Enlargement. Will start again tonight, i really miss my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]!

Also got some leech oil in the mail, gonna try to add that to jelq, to see if works.

This last few days, i noticed that i got constant rock hard erections. I was even off the supplements. One night i woke up, with a quite painful hard on. I had sex a few hours earlier, but forgot to do the "toothpaste" trick. Have to remember it next time to see if it works.

Also, i really need to step up on the kegel's, i need to start shooting it more, and less dribble, i think that will help with the post-ejaculation pain. Will work 1 day on 1 day off, to give time to heal. I will work out during the day but will also add one set just before my manual work to help the stretch.

So far it seems i've gained a bit more length than girth, but i started to really enjoy more the girth work than the length one, and i think i will focus a bit more on it.

First day after a few off, so started it easy, didn't had much time also.

Manual stretch routine:

DLD Newb routine x1 with holding for 25 kegels + 1 5sec reverse kegel. Shakes after every pull, 25 cranks after every 3rd.

No warm down, direct to girth work:

About 1min low pressure to pump a bit.

Remove, get about 80% erect, enter till 160 mark.

after 2min, pump till 170.

after 2min, pump till 180.

at about 5/6min remove.

Used a bit of leech oil, smells like cooking oil lol (scam?, time will tell), 5min jelqs + 90 v-jelqs with a side pull every 3rd.

Get about 90% erect, pump till 170

after 2min pump till 180
after 2min pump till 185ish
last 1/2min, pumped everything GOT TO 190!!! whooohooo :)

remove, bit of red spots, add some baby oil, 5min jelq + 90 v-jel with side pull.

Pump till 175ish.

after 1min, till 180ish
after 2min till 185ish
after 1min till 190 :) :)

Really happy to get to 190. Got a bit of fluid, nothing much, as well as some minor red spots.

Yesterday went back to almost full routine,

Morning: Shower, manual stretch routine: left, right, down, front, up, hold for 25 kegels, do 20 cranks after each pull. Shakes to get the flow.

Strap on, leg strap, did about 7 hours. Took less breaks, every 2:30 hours or so, did some quick 10sec pull every direction, then some shakes, then back on.

Also a busy day, so no [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] time also, but i had to make it worth, so after dinner, went for a super set of manual + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

10min warm up, hot water in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] low pressure. Used a silicone ring to hold my balls down.

DLD newb routine x1 , hold for 25 kegels + 1 5sec reverse kegel, shakes after. I have been using my boxer shorts for better grip, tried with toilet paper, it does give a better grip, but it kind of sticks to the skin and hurts removing it. So ill stick to the cloth.

Did about 2min medium pressure to start things up.

Them went again for 3 set with 5min jelqs + 90 v-jelqs after each set.

1 set:

About 70% erect, 2min in 170, 2min in 180, last 1min trying to get to 190, but not pushing too hard. after removed the ring from balls, too much pressure.

break for jelqs, used the leech oil, don't really like the smell or the fell, but it does seem to help a bit. So i decided to use it always for the first set.

2 set:

About 85% erect, 1min 170, 2min 185, 2min 190 :)

Ordered some universal sleeves to see if it helps with the pinching of the sides, it is starting to bother me. Also my left nut, seems to like the pressure lol, always trying to get in.

break for jelqs, used baby oil.

3rd and final set:

about 95% erect, 1min 175/180, 1min 185ish, 3min 190.

break and jelqs.

Put on a clamp for about 7min, then a ring for about 15min.

Today is rest day.

I'm back on the supplements, let's see how my body responds too all this.

One more thing, i don't know why but yesterday my skin felt a bit more elastic than usual, even on my arms... weird.

SOmething is better than nothing so get in what you can. I am sure you will eventually find a way to get it in. With everything else you are doing you will gain just fine but using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] will speed it up, so get what you can when you can.

Still slacking on the kegels, really need work them, well i still do them with the stretches, so i get about 125 in the morning and 300 in the evening. But they are just quick ones. I need to get the more intense ones on. Also i think the supplements are starting to work, i jerked off one of this days, and came buckets, lol. I also had sex the day before, so i was not like a week full, i just edged for about 30min. But i still only dribble, and that sucks. I get maybe 1 1/2 shots, than the rest just flows....

Hope to start killing fly's in a couple months :D
 
That is still a good amount of Kegel work. I just never really stopped doing Kegels:) I just made it a habit to do them all the time. Killing flies? What are you taking Performer 5?

I actually found a couple of semanax bottles, i had ordered a while back they go bad the end of this month, so i decided to take them anyway. I don't really know what it working since i taking so much stuff lol.

Morning:

600mg Ginko biloba
1g Siberian ginseng
1g green tea extract
1g ginger
1g garlic oil (funky aftertaste lol)

afternoon:
3 semanax pills
3g l-citrulline powder
1.5g L- arginine
750mg l-glutamine
1g glucosamine

Night:
1g cod liver oil
0.5/1g vit C +zin
sometimes add some aloe vera.

Im also taking some Melatonin, sometimes to help out sleeping.

So one of those things is working :P

OFC they are not all for this, i take them for a variety of things.
