Finally it has been released to you all :) this baby has helped me go from 8-8.3 inches erect length recently and is based on blue_whales mother of all lig stretch.

I can honestly say hand on heart I have never felt anything this intense on my ligaments EVER and thats incl hanging, dld blasters, dlds squat stretch and the blue_whale mother of all ligament stretch. This method gives me the best ligament stretch ever, that I feel every burn from those ligs as they are pulled to the maximal limits they can manage and it has shown in my new gains :)

This has took its time getting here, but to be honest its hard to explain and I needed pictures so I decided to draw on paper and scan this into the computer, albeit not the best art skills they will suffice to show you how to setup the exercise and what to do.

The name

The name Vox Succurro extorqueo is from the Latin meaning power assisted wrench as this is very apparent once you read and than try it yourself. Its like you are trying to wrench your penis out of the socket, but ofcourse dont go so brutal and always know your limits :)

I've used a Latin name because I know some Latin and also as its a lovely language, makeing a change to the usual plain English wording we see and makes it sound rather more interesting, for it indeed is.

How does this work

It works by trapping the suspensory ligament via the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] [PA] against the pubic bone while pre-stretched and tense, than pulling it as hard as you can against the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] in the direction of it, while the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] pushes hard into the pubic bone region, keeping the ligament trapped and creating a 'hook-like' effect in that the ligament becomes stretched in such a way it mimicks it like you have hooked it which creates MASSIVE tension and elongation in the ligament that you will feel a very strong burning sensation, which is the ligaments getting stretched at their maximal capacity .. a positive sign and the only exercise I have done in my life where I can mimick that like turning water on at the tap rofl

In time this will create additional length gains as the ligament becomes elongated. Your actually stetching more efficiently than many other methods incl hanging weights because your trapping the ligament right at the very base, as close to the entrance point to the body as you can which no hanger can do without pulling skin in the process .... thats also something you dont get with this method .. skin stretch, its zero so this is as direct as you can ligament stretch you will find anywhere.

Precautions

Please dont go mad with this stretch because if you do and stretch past your limits, you will hurt yourself and albeit a ligament tear would be hard to do you could easily badly strain it if your too overzelous, so please be cautious and go slowly at first knowing your body wisely.

Would help to do some light pulls while flaccid to the left, right, up, down and straight out so that the ligaments have had a pre-stretch.

How you do it

You'll see from the diagram when you have your right leg lay outwards [We shall use the right leg as the example here] that your pre-stretching the penile suspensory ligaments and keeping it under tension while the leg is out, like a guitar cord keeping it tight so that when its trapped and pulled the elongation in the ligaments is maximal. While the leg is to the right, you move your penis over to the left and can now feel with your right hand [Still stretching the penis with the left] at the very base, closest to the pubic bone how tight that ligament feels.

Next, you will use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] [PA] to push into the very base, as close to the pubic bone as you can while trapping the ligament underneath it. Feel beforehand where the ligament is before you place the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] into the area, so you get the best stretch.

Once the ligament is trapped underneath the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words], start pulling your penis to the right against the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] while forceing that into the region. You should feel a very powerful burning sensation, which is comming from the ligaments and a thread can be found on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] in the boo boo section about these burns, it means in a nutshell that your ligaments are at a maximal stretch.

Hold this stretch now for how long you want to, but a good target to aim for would be 5 seconds and than going higher while keeping intensity higher the time will become lower. Use intensity as much as you can safely with the right time you can manage without hurting yourself. I release once I feel a deep burn and have to let go, I just know I have to let go otherwise I will get an injury so dont stretch even further and harder once that burn kicks in.

You can also do this to the left side of the body aswell but do opposite for hand and leg positions etc.

It wasnt uncommon for me to see a larger flaccid penis afterwards from these :)

Can I do these semi or erect?

Yes you can and once you master the flaccid versions try adding semi and erect variations to your diet because you will get alittle more force as the ligament moves from the erection. I prefer semi erect doing this exercise than fully erect, because fully erect its very difficult to get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] right into the region and trap the ligament at all and you run the risk of bending your penis, so try the semi variation which I found was really powerful and gave me a really nice stretch.

I'm assuming a piece of pvc or other object can be substituted for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]? (possibly not as effective). As I am not able to own such a device at this moment in time.

P.s. that guys dick is longer than his foot! Mandingo watch out!

Thank you for likeing my diagram, glad it worked and much easier for me to do by hand and scan into the PC than on the PC with graphic applications.

I think a piece of PVC or similer material couild be used yes, as your not useing the hole in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. I highly recommend that whatever you use, it has a flat edge and that the edge is smooth so you dont get cut or sore. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]'s edge is very smooth wood [I have version 1 which was made from wood] and you dont feel it.

If you are good with wood and have the tools than you can buy some wood or use some out the forest, carve it and clean it up than shape the end so its flat and smooth.

Well, I just tried this one out. I used a 12 inch by 1 inch diameter piece of pvc which I wedged against the ground to use as a fulcrum. (something like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] seems like it would be even better but as I said I don't have one at the moment.)

I have always struggled to get a good stretch but am limited by the amount of pressure I put on my glans while stretching. I put hardly any strain on my glans and felt a really good burn in the ligs region! Stretch is great, thanks Red.
 
Has anyone else tried these? You dont need a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] to do the exercise, but something with a flat edge you can trap the ligament with.
 
I have been doing this stretch with good success and added it in place of other stretches in my routine. I have been doing the V-SES stretch and a slight variation of it. As I said, I could never really make my ligs sore back in the day when I used to Penis Enlargement more. I experienced my first lig pops doing the V-SES. If I get a good session in I can actually make my ligs quite tender for a bit.

For you who don't have power assists, try some 1 inch pvc. It doesnt work as well but it is still pretty good. You can also wedge it under one of your legs and use it as a fulcrum which helps. Plus the pvc can be put in your pocket. I've been hitting this at work in the locker room after close haha.

(P.s. if anyone in ct wants to sell me a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] Ill buy them beer on top of it! Since i cant really order anything)

AWESOME to hear that Mlb092 and if you keep consistent with these you will see length gains for sure. Try also useing blue_whales ultimate pe stretch 'mandingo secret' alongside this for a ligament + tunicae combo.

I'm going to really blitz my dick tonight with these stretches and by that I mean stretch it H A R D with force.
 
If we placed Penis Enlargement exercises into isolation & compound groups in how they work the penis than this would be one of the most powerful isolation exercises for the ligaments. You have to try this out with either a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] if you have one, or with something like Mlb092 used and stick with it because gains will come.

I havent seen anything like this in the Penis Enlargement world that isolates the suspensory ligaments with such surgical precision like these do.

I was wedging one end against the floor so it was kind of like a lever pushing into my lig at the same angle. It isn't that great but when I get it right I experience a good stretch.

you can also go to home depot and get one wider piece of pvc, cut a hole in the side and cement a more narrow piece inside the hole so you end up with a "T" looking piece of pvc. I'm gonna do this when I get another piece.

1] Yes its done either sitting in the chair or in my case upright in bed.

2] I bend the opening leg but make sure the thigh part goes back.

3] Spot on mate thats the part of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] used. The PVC pipe I'm not sure as it was someone else on here who used that. If you can find something that can substitute the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] so it has a piece like the T-shape, it should be okay.

REd i should of known most of your exercises are hardcore...:|. I know its normal but after years of not doing Penis Enlargement i just wanted to see what this stretch felt like and got some snap crack poppin in my ligs and scared the heck outta me cuz my ligs NEVER used to pop. Very very very nice though :)
 
This is what makes me really think that this exercise hides many new possibilities in its intensity, that it can simply get guys ligaments cracking that dont normally crack.

I have wrote a large thread on lig pops and my verdict was they arent bad or good but some seem to get them more than others and it means nothing to gains. However with recent new findings, that thread is old, and I myself have noticed pops when I never got them and if I did it was RARE but not its more common and I noticed a gain around this time useing the V-SES!!!

I'm not thinking lig pops could indicate potential growth in some individuals, but its difficult so say at the moment.

Eitherway if you didnt get pops before and now you do with V-SES its saying that your intensity is HIGH and if you keep at it than gains will come.

The V-SES is the best penile suspensory ligament isolation exercise around, more so than blasters as they dont 100% isolate the ligaments with them also stretching allot of skin and other portions to the penis while the V-SES target just the LIGAMENTS and if anything else is stretched, its very low compared to other methods attacking the same target.

PLEASE do use these regular, give them and honest try for at least 8-10 weeks and I BET YOU gains in length will be yours!! you will shock yourself, like I did .. me going from 8-8.3 inches in around 8 weeks with just 19 sessions!!! 2 1/2 session P/W mostly doing V-SES.

You also should aim and feel for the BURNING sensation when doing these, because that is telling you that the body is resisting now agaisnt the stretch because its at its MAXIMUM output .. meaning the body wants you to stop pulling the ligaments out further and so it makes them burn, to stop you .... you want this, telling you that the stretch cant get much more bloody intense.

I'm going to fuck my penis with these tonight YEAHAHAHHAHAA
 
Also you only need to stretch the right side of the ligaments to the penis and not the left when doing the V-SES.

This is because the right side of the penile suspensory ligaments has much more of the 'bulk' to the ligaments than the left and is the place surgeons also cut in penile-lenghening ops.

I have stretched the left aswell but I always hammer the right and no uneven growth. Again the right side has the MAJORITY of the bulk to the ligaments, not the leftside so it makes sense to spend your efforts hitting that side when you do the V-SES.

I dont want to confuse people about left and right now when they do other stretches because how the V-SES works and is performed is not the norm compared to most methods.

Blue_Whale also suggests the same on his Mandingo Secret mother of all ligament stetches, that you attack the right side of the ligaments and not the left ... he's correct and is in fact the person I learned this from.

Can't seem to find it.

How are you adapting to this as it doesn't have that T shape. Are you using the hole and making that sort of bow and arrow movement?
 
Not at all. The Bow & Arrow movement would be pointless because its not working like I want it to do with how this exercise executes itself by isolating that ligament by trapping it and than stretching it like no tommorow.

Yes I mention that the new [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] has also been fine to use for this and it does have a different end to it than the older [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] model, as you say isnt a flat T-shape but the oval shape it now has does offer the advantage to trap the ligament with more precision if you like albeit you have to be more precise yourself but its a more rewarding stretch as the tiny bit of skin you sometimes had is almost eliminated with this newer [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] that comes with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and alas enhances the whole isolation of the ligs.

How have you liked the V-SES thus far?
 
Well, I haven't actually had succes finding the ligs with it yet so I can't say, though I imagine this could be my favourite exercise as it seems to have lots of potential from what I've read here. I tried a few things like shuving the end of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] were there formely was a T-shape into that spot and also tried to push the outside of the ring into it. No succes, though I didn't spend that much time with it figuring that it would be easier to wait for your answer rather than staying up all night shuving different things from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] into my pubic bone.

This is what I do:
I grab my penis with my hand and try to feel & follow the inner penis and then push the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] into the place of it i found closest to the pubic bone. Something wrong there?

Also when you say you're leg is pointing outwards, are you sitting down pointing it outwards or is it placed on some kind of a table like in the mother of all lig stretches?
 
I have now actually noticed the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] end isnt as good like in the old [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] T-Shape which trapped it better. Its figity getting it right with the new model as its so exotic in its build but I managed to trap the ligs with the outside of the ring, so you can use that if you dont have the old model.

Okay sounds like you have it right, grabbing the penis with the left hand and pull to the left lightly. Have your right leg outwards while sitting down. I sit in bed. As you do this, feel around with the right hand around the base region near the pubic bone on the righthand side of the penis.

Your feeling for a strong cord-like structure which is like steel and very strong. You will know it when you feel it. Its very strong to the touch. Keep doing this until you get it and once you have its location which is usually around the 2-3 O'Clock area from you looking down at the top of the penis than you can get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] ready for trapping it.

Also this thread which is a members progress thread has me posting some advice on V-SES's which you may find helpful.

I'm not doing them today either as it seems my thing needs another day of rest. I'm trying to find it though every once in a while. But is it basicly just the penis behind the fat pad? Because thats the only kind of hard string I can feel. And if it is, it goes all the way almost behind the scrotum. Is this what I should be aiming for?
 
I cant explain it anymore without repeating myself. Feel around the base region, close to the pubic bone doing what I said and you cant miss it.
 
Egghed has now gained almost 4 millimeters in BP flaccid stretch after heavily implementing this stretch. I frikken love you and that creative brain of yours red <3. I must say the stretch feels very very verrrry dangerous cuz there were a couple times i needed to back off a little bit. I love the inner pull you feel but im scared of the little bit of pain you feel if you push a bit more. Cant wait to do it again tomorrow night! <3
 
Thats a very good sign and shows that your ligaments have been stretched very well.
Keep doing this and it will become permanent new growth. Always try to aim for that burning feeling with the V-SES. Its power is immense!
 
So I think I've finally got it, after A LOT of experiencing. Just one question and god, let the answer be yes or I'll have to start all over.

When you're streching to the right, is the burn limited to the right side of the penis?
 
Yes! I'm so happy :) Now, if I one day manage to get some kind of inner penis exercise to work, I would be covered by ligs, tunica and inner penis. That's pretty much everything I can hit for length growth right? :)

Now here's what did it for me:

Right side:
I put my right leg up on the toilet (It's quite possible that it would have worked sitting down as well, but I was so frustrated from trying at this point that I was just walking around with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]). Then I put the penis through the hole of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] turned so one handle is pointing to the ceiling and the other end towards the floor. Then rolling it to the right leaving about &#189; inch of air space to the right thigh and then pulling the penis to the right slightly above the right leg.

This seems to automatically hit it every time, for me at least. I didn't spent much time with it though as i pulled to hard to the left leaving pain there when i tried to pull to the right. It seems easy to put to much effort into this exercise :)
 
I'm somehow finding it much easier to do this on the left side. Actually I'm quite rarely getting it right on the right side all though I try to duplicate very exact from what I'm doing on the left side.

Anyway while I'll keep praticing on the right side I've noticed that when I'm really fully erect my penis is pulling to the left, which is due to the left ligament being shorter.. Right? :/ If so, than doing these on the left side only should be a great way to correct this "error"... Right? :)

I would concentrate more on the right side than the left as that is where the majority of the ligament base is attached at the base and where in surgery its cut.

I've also never seen one side growing more than the other, so the left shouldnt start going outwards and grow like that but if you see this right after a session its normal because you have been pulling it that way.
 
Actually I'm very sorry to say that I haven't been doing these. I decided to put these on hold until I found something else than the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] to assist me. I haven't stumpled across anything yet though but I've been meaning to start these again as the only thing I'm doing for my ligs right now are hanging bundled BTC once in a while.

Any suggestions?
 
I am doing one of them, actually I was looking for an advice for a different tool to do this exercise. It would be rude for me to ask for an alternate exercise, when you've spend so much energy helping me with this one :)
