Like I said, I didn't get a confirmation e-mail so I got nothin' except the message delivered by my bank after the purchase. It does say who charged me though. I left them lots of messages and explained the situation but no one ever called or picked up, even when I waited half an hour... I'm that stubborn. I still check my mail every day, waiting for something to happen.

Did the money come out of your account? Do you have the receipt that they deliver when you have purchased? This is something that has never happened where someone paid for a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and did not get it. What I suggest you do is send your order receipt to us or proof of purchase to us at supports@gmail.com and we will assist you in getting this straightened out.

No... I've been complaining about this since last year, we talked about it. On Facebook too, I talked to some people under your name, co-workers I guess. I ordered the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on the 5th of December (2014). I told you about it on Facebook first (I think, it might've been the other way around), then came here and posted my first complaint exactly 24 days after the purchase, you can see it on the previous page. I followed the links for the purchase on this site, 'cause I'm a member and it was said that I would get a discount. Since I live in Europe (Serbia), the purchase was done through UK, not US, but I was charged 185.25 US dollars by PENHEALTHCOM UK GB, at least, that's what my bank put in the text I got, which is the only confirmation I ever received. I went to the bank and asked if everything was alright, they told me it was, nothing weird or suspicious, nobody tried to hack, it was all smooth. A guy who works there even smiled at me and was like "I see what you did there... good luck". That was the only funny part 'cause he totally figured out what I was buying. We don't have [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] here in Serbia and I want what's good so I chose [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words], plus its popular and people here have great results. This is such an awesome modification! I've just rigged up my x4 with the Velcro strap and it seems like the chances of slipping are minimal with this setup. rofl

I know this is an old form, but I’m really failing to see how this mod is better than the noose, which I use for many hours only having to adjust it every 2. I was curious if this would work even better but it really disappointed me, and now I’m out $7. The Velcro strap cuts off circulation much more for me and lets the head slip much easier, and when I try to tighten it skin gets pinched into the strap holes, even while I have the wrap on. No thanks, I’ll stick with the noose, which is quick and easy and doesn’t even need the wrap...I’m not trying to invalidate the fact that this has worked for other people, but I just don’t get it.

The Velcro strap is much more comfortable and safe than the noose. But the best attachment is the VLC hands-down.

The Velcro strap modification is very secure however the biggest draw back that I've experienced with the Velcro strap modification, which renders this modification unusable for me, is that the edge of the plastic Velcro strap starts to dig into the top of the corona causing a lot of pain. If I cough, accidentally do a kegel or abruptly rise from a sitting/laying position that Velcro strap becomes a hard edge against the top of my corona and it's really painful.

Anyone out there ever experience this issue with the Velcro modification and has found a solution to this issue?

For padding/wrap I use a Gerber baby sock (thick organic cotton, 6 pack from Target or Walmart). You cut one end of the sock off and you have a thick cotton sleeve that you can slip on/off quickly and that's re-usable/washable. If want to double the thickness of the sleeve simply fold it back or layer on another sleeve.

If you use cotton or some other material that’s soft underneath the Velcro the Velcro will not be touching your skin so this should solve the problem. If you continued with this problem I highly recommend you look at the VLC, it’s the best and the most comfortable attachment for the SG it goes on and off in less than 10 seconds. It is really the only attachment I would ever use because it makes the SG so much more usable
