Not as consistent as i'd hope. I've been working alot of weird hours since the beginning of the year and it's been hard to stay on a regular routine. I try to fit my routine in any chance i get. I get my morning routine done OK, but the afternoon and evening routines have been hit and miss. My work schedule should straighten out soon and i WILL bet back on track.

Sik, what are your updated measurements? Your sig line ends at 10/10 of last year. Just curious... Great work so far, and good luck on getting your goal.

Yes i still pump but only about twice a week. I can't directly attribute any length gains from pumping cuz i never pumped with the express purpose of length gains. Length gains from pumping requires you to pack a cylinder, i've never done this long enough to see if it truely works. I can however attribute .5" of girth gains the first month i started pumping. I didn't see much gains after that so i stopped pumping for a while and eventually went back but only for a couple of days per week.

I took a month or two off at the end of last year and i've been too busy with work and other crap this year to expect any gains. I have started Penis Enlargement'ing again more consistently and hope to see some gains soon. I'll prolly measure again in a month or so.

I bought a 1.75" cylinder because I am really after length. I can barely get into it though because of my upward curve and the glans get really squashed up :)
So it looks like I will have to stick with the 2", trouble is I have gained no length at all.

.5" girth gain in the first month is great, I got 1/8" regain in 10 days only another 1/16" in the next 6 weeks.
Have tried pumping twice daily, every 2 days and now 5 on 2 off, I'll see how it goes.

If your base is alot thicker than your shaft then i can see you running into this problem. Mine is pretty even in thickness all along my shaft so i can pack a 1.75" cylinder evenly.

Oh I see, my base is a bit thicker than the rest of the shaft.

You obviously know what you're doing. Any advice to someone who's never really concentrated on girth as far as what kind of exercises to start with?
 
Bro, there are alot of other guys here that know a hell of alot more about girth work than me but since you asked, i'll try to answer.

I think that just like length work where time under tension determines your rate of progress, time expanded will determine your rate of progress with girth. This means that you must try to expand your dick as much as possible and for as long as you can without hurting yourself and/or experiencing negative side effects. I've noticed that if i overdo on girth work, just like overpumping i have difficulty keeping an erection.

A great place to start is with Uli's and Horse Squeezes. I think that they are the basis for getting started with girth work. Most girth exercizes are just variations of the Uli and Horse squeeze (taken to the next level). Uli's and horses will condition your dick and prepare you for more intense exercizes.

I would start doing Uli's and horses for 30 second sets and start with 5 sets each (make sure you jelq between sets to induce blood flow). Once you're comfortable with those, work your time up to 60 second sets. After that, you can start adding or replace the Uli/Horses with exercizes like [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, DLD Girth busters, Supra slammers, and on and on. There's just so many exercizes to choose from that you could easily spend weeks just testing each out to see which ones you feel give you the best expansions. I personally love [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s but i have a tendency to go overboard with them and have caused minor injuries in the past.

Then there's clamping and a whole new world opens up for you...
 
Thanks. That's good enough advice probably. I've tried Ulis a bit in the past but never stuck with them. I'd get discouraged from my overall lack of expansion. I hit length like a hellbeast but girth I just lack confidence and determination I suppose. Good advice though. Starting with 5 sets is probably right on for me. Plus it won't take time away from my hanging sessions.
