OK, i'm tired of being a lazy ass and need motivation so i'm gonna post a log. I just put together a new routine and hope to make some gains soon. I saw Still's girth routine and tried it out, i really liked it so i'm incorporating it into my routine. I plan on doing my routine 6 on 1 off. I split my routine into three short workouts due to time constraints.

Here's my routine so far:

AM: Bundled Tunica Stretch (30 seconds) 5 sets
Bundled A-Stretch (30 seconds) 5 sets
Wet Jelqs (400 reps)

Afternoon: Hang (down) 15 minutes x 2

PM: Hang (BTC) 15 minutes x 2
ULI Squeeze (30 seconds x 5) 5 sets
Horse Squeeze (30 seconds x 5) 5 sets

I started this this morning and will adjust it as i go. I'm currently hanging between 25-30lbs. I usually hang the first set at 30lbs and drop down a little on the second set. I'm thinking about changing it up a little on Wednesdays and Saturdays to break up the monotny. I was thinking of doing clamping and or pumping on those days. I also plan on wearing my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PeniMaster[/words] every night for at least an hour before going to bed.

I will try to update this log at least once a week.

Thanks, i'm still working on creating a program similar to WaxN's but i don't have a C++ compiler for windows anymore. I can make one in Linux for anyone who's into that...
 
Here's a few pics that i took last night. I wish my wife was home to help me. It was tough trying to maneuver a mirror around to get the side pics.

Measurements were basically the same as i've been slacking for the last month and did only a mainenance routine at best.

Here's a pic right after i got home from the gym and getting ready to jump into the shower. I was hanging at a hair under 6"
 
Here's a couple more with my new cockring. I took these a little before i got started on my Penis Enlargement workout. As a reference point, my thumb measures just under 1" at the joint (15/16" to be exact). I'm currently at 7" NBP (Damn that fatpad!!!)

Update:

So far workouts have been intense, especially the girth work. I'm finding that i'm having difficult time keeping myself erect for all five sets of Uli, Horse, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I think i may need to start using a little viagra to do this right...

The first few times i did the whole routine, a small drop of blood came out my pee hole so i had to ramp up the intensity slowly. I gave myself a couple of days rest then did only the Uli's and Horses to get myself conditioned. Last night was the first night that i added the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and god i love those.
 
I've decided to modify my routine a little cuz i'm still having a hell of a time staying erect for all the Uli's, horses, and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I don't like taking viagra/cialis everyday cuz it stuffs up my sinus' a bit and if i take less, then it doesn't work well enough. I'm also concerned that if i take them everyday, that i may build a resistence to them and they won't work as well for me in the future.

I did this for two days so far and it's very intense and doable for me. The dry jelqs at the end of my evening workout really finishes it off well. I like the concept of spreading out my routine through out the day cuz i've been wearing a rubber cockring around my whole package and i like that my cock is engorged and thick almost all day long. I tried wearing my cock cushions all day but i noticed that i get some fluid build-up which gets worse when i hang. So far, i find that the cockring is working out better.

I can't wait to measure again in January...

That's great and i'm stoked for you... I haven't been as consistent as i've wanted to due to work and shopping for the holiday. I try to stick to my routine as much as i can and will measure in Jan also.
 
Thanks bro... actually i started to fairly recently but i prefer to wear an elastic ring around the whole package. I sometimes use a metal one when doing girth work.
