1 oz. but about 2 hours later I did it again! This shit is crazy, I can't believe that was me nutting! I guess I needed a little more than they suggest. :) I guess so. I just don't know if taking a double dose will cause problems....can't find anything online about it so I guess not. I love it man! It is like I am 18 again.
