Are you lifting your opposite leg up? When I do my OTL hanging, I lay in the middle of my bed with the weight hanging over the sides. Then I lift my opposite leg up and slightly twist my body towards the weight side. It's such a crazy pull from deep down in the base like it's all getting pulled out. A lot of people really disregard this position for some reason. Nice work man.
 
Drop the weight and add DLD Blasters in between sets. You listened to your body and you didn't hurt yourself, so it doesn't seem to me you did bad. Maybe drop hanging all together and just do manuals. Let your body get accustomed to less demand on it. Who knows, your body's ability to jump in weight may have hurt your gains by tightening up your ligs and tunica. Just change it up, it won't hurt nothing but your pride LOL. Tough guys don't cry, they learn and fight on. There's so much else you can do, just make a new routine. You came this far man, no sense stopping brotha. Good Luck.
 
Good change up. I'm bad with switching what I do all the time. I'm back in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] now. I did clamping for 3 weeks along with my hanging. Now I have my ROP on along with some Mandingo and DLD stretches. Follow that with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for an hour. I don't have a set session to follow, I just do what makes me feel the stretch the most. Attention span of my son I guess.

so my last post motivated me a little bit. i'm not one for giving up on things by my own choice. that first set I did was done over the shoulder laying down and maybe it just didn't feel right. anyway, i'm sitting now for another 2 sets w 15 lbs. this time I have my penis going up the crease of my leg and pelvis, with the weight hanging behind me (rope is underneath my arm). maybe i'm just worried that after hanging as high as 30 lbs, 15 won't be enough to make any changes but i'm going to stick with it anyway for now.
 
Even you're starting girth was great. Man, keep it up and hope you make it. Great gains already. I would feel like king kong if I had 5.5 girth.
 
ah man, I can see from your posts here you've recently gone on a journey to come to this decision. The community here will always welcome you back at any point if you want to start up again, and start sharing your progress. To get to the point where you are "contented" with your situation is great though. Many of us would love that.
