well, fortunately today is back on the "up" in terms of
hanging. I fixed my wrap and I was able to get 10 lbs. I'm between my 2nd and 3rd 20-minute set as I type. I doubt I was fatigued. My plan is this: whatever
weight I'm on, I'll work up to 6 sets. Once I can complete 6 sets comfortably, I will increase
weight by 2.5 lbs. If I can find a means of increasing by 1 pound increments, I will use it if necessary. If I can't take the 2.5 lbs increase, I will go down to my successful 6-set
weight and hang that again for the day.
Here's what I did to fix my wrap. Maybe this will help some of you reading, but it's more for me so I don't forget what I did.
1) apply glasses cleaning cloth (sort of a fine terry cloth material) at the extreme base of my penis.
2) apply
theraband wrap directly on top of terry cloth
3) apply dress sock wrap on top of
theraband
4) with a loosely secure hold on entire wrap, pull excess base skin out from underneath wrap
5) while still holding the wrap, grasp glans and pull shaft and skin out on top end of wrap
6) apply Snake
Hanger, ensuring no pinching is visible on base end while tightening hex bolt
maybe will get 6 sets with 10 lbs tonight. we'll see. I'm just happy I'm comfortable for now *knock on wood*
