so my last post motivated me a little bit. i'm not one for giving up on things by my own choice. that first set I did was done over the shoulder laying down and maybe it just didn't feel right. anyway, i'm sitting now for another 2 sets w 15 lbs. this time I have my penis going up the crease of my leg and pelvis, with the weight hanging behind me (rope is underneath my arm). maybe i'm just worried that after hanging as high as 30 lbs, 15 won't be enough to make any changes but i'm going to stick with it anyway for now.
