Today was a hard day. I have decided to kill to birds with one stone and mix my weight lifting with my NPenis Enlargement. In the past i did weight lifting on and off because i didn't have much time along with doing NPenis Enlargement. Then i realized that i was thinking bullshit just to get me out of more work and i can always make time. So i have made myself a routine to kill to birds with one stone and mix my sessions together. I must say that i am not a strong person so i don't lift much but I'm working on that. I was also told that its not how much you lift but being repetitive. Any ways heres my routine.......

ALL MY EXERCISE ARE USING 20LB WEIGHTS

to save me time wherever i put *** it means 15 sit-ups

Stage one

1.Body warm up (stretching legs, arms etc)
2. 20 bench pressers

3.10 bench pressers

4. 5 min's normal stretching (NPenis Enlargement)

5. 20 arm curls (reverse grip)

6. 10 arm curls (normal grip

7. 5 min's normal stretching (NPenis Enlargement)

8. 20 tricep extensions

9. 10 tricep extensions

Stage two

10. 20 bench presses
***
11. 10 bench pressers

12. 5Min's Leg-over stretches (NPenis Enlargement)

13. 20 arm curls (reverse grip)

14. 10 arm curls (normal grip)

15. 5 min's crouching stretch (NPenis Enlargement)

16. 20 tricep extensions
***
17. 10 tricep extensions

Stage three

18. 10 bench presses

19. 10 bench pressers

20. 20 arm curls (reverse grip)

21. 10 arm curls (normal grip)

22. 20 tricep extensions

23. 10 tricep extensions

24. 5 Min's JAI stretches (NPenis Enlargement)

25. Body warm down (stretching legs, arms etc)

Stage four

26. Hot Wrap

27. 1000 wet jelqs

28. 5 Min's isolated compressions

29. Hot Wrap

DS gave me the advice to increase teh amount i bench press so im going to give it ago in abit, will post back soon.
 
Aint posted in a while. Well here i am and my girth is starting to look impressive, im quite proud of it. My length is getting there, slowly but surly. I started back at college a couple of days ago so my times taken up with work etc. This means my rotine is messing up so i have decided to just do something i was thinking of anyway. I aways wanted to know wether 100% erect jelqs would help me, so im just doing 500 100% erect wet jelqs and a set of JAI streches everyday. This will soon be increased to 1000 jelqs but im not used to doing them 100% erect so il take my time.
Im not expecting big gains this month, hopefully .1EL but i will see how it goes.

Im in a slump at the mo, aint done a proper workout in a while, i also found out my girth is still only 5":( but il get back into it soon.
 
Decided that it i buy a BIB hanger then i can just hang while watching tv etc so it should get me out of this slump. Its going to cost me around £70 and it should be worth it.
 
Just make a AFB Hanger like I did....ya dont need any parts really...its so simple todo and I luved it ma self.....the site which has it and many other devices to make is

Forget SWM and BIB; Tom Hubbard is the real hanging guru.

Yes you got it i have made a hanger that works. i repeat it WORKS. The best thing is that it didnt cost me $100 or anything it cost about $5. Well i tried it on to check it works etc and its fine, so tomorrow i start hanging. Think i will just do 3 x 10min at 5lbs for say a week or so then go up2 3 x 20min sessions. I carnt wait im so happy.
 
First hanging lession yesterday, i just did

10mins @ 2.3 lbs
10mins @ 4 lbs
i was mainly just seeing if it worked, will post todays routine later.
 
Last night just re-adjusting my hanger so i only did
1 x 10min session, decided to buy a bike innertube so i can get some more grip. My aim is by Monday to be hanging for at least 30mins aday.
