Your workout is way more girth orientated and I doubt you would gain any length on that routine, also as it is so sporadic, I doubt you would gain much girth either.

As people have been saying, P.E. has to be constant. It's very hard to be constant, dedication is the hardest bit about P.E. I think should take a look at the beginner routines for manual stretches, and add the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] into that routine. I wouldn't go with hanging because I don't think your conditioned enough for it yet. It doesn't look like you've really given manual stretches a fair chance, so I would start back with them on the beginner routine and see how you do after a few SOLID months, where you P.E. daily.

You are expecting gains too soon and that's what you are doing wrong. Secondly, go commando on the length gains. You should get a length master instead of settling for manual jelq.
