I actually want to create a project with newbies . Pretty much take a group of 10 subjects who are new and out see an outcome. 5 with a theory vs 5 without use of a theory.

Anyways, ive been hanging still, 3x20 @ 17.5 finally set at 16. Body is taking it well thus far. EQ is getting lower by the day sadly ,however my EQ has always been bad since hanging. Might pump as that usually gets my EQ really high .

So plan is to hang for an hour or less then pump/clamp then take tomorrow off. Maybe ill do a compare photo from my old pumping photos to now.

To be honest, mainly the lot theory due to the fact that studies all point to the Suspensory ligament as the benefactor of penis lengthening. I would also love to follow that theory with TGC theory. I know it may be a small sample size but its will be interesting to see the developments.

Thank you all, feeling way better than last night. Going for 3x20 @ 17.5lbs tonight . Lots of temp expansion from pumping the other night even though a buster a nut by accident Last night edging.
 
ahhh im having a terrible session. SKin pinching caused by pumping and now i have wasted an extra 15 mins trying to get the warping correct .. Guess we all have bad days.

Stopped at 45mins hanging time. Too much pain with all kinds of different wrapping. Rocking the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as a replacement and doesn't feel bad. Maybe after 30mins of extending ill warm up again and try to hang.

another update, after 1h extending my dick cant take anymore. Tried stretching it back in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after the 1h mark and was very sensitive.

Good and bad days but they all are worth it when the gains come. We can never expect for all things to be perfect there will also be places for correction and improvement.

Thanks. As for my routine, since friday ive been doing 3x20min hanging, sunday i did 6x20 mins. Stretch length seems improved, but dont want to measure until the 10th of December for the keeping up with rocky. That would set me in as a month . Funny thing is today is the year marker since i started this routine. I would say out of the year 9 months have been solid going not much slacking. So on decemeber 30th i will measure and see the final results. I hope my BPFSL will be at 9.5-9.75 with a BPEL of 8.5inches. If i do it those numbers, I might go to a Girth program. Due to my BPFSL being a full inch+ above my BPEL i believe the girth work will help my smooth muscle to help catch my bpel to my bpsl. Not sure, maybe some of you guys can help me decide on that.

had a different name back in the day now i got bigger and i had to changed it for a positive and longer name lol.

lol. Well my body has been beat. Really going all out on my strength training. Tuesday was the last day i hung , yesterday i did 10 min pumping with modified cock ring on for an hour after wards. No edema either. Going to pump again tonight but 5minx3, and 3x5 in clamping with modified cocking ring on most the night. Been on 3-4 hours of sleep plus hit Back today in the gym. 15/20 pounds away to hit year goals on lifts so thats good. back again tomorrow for hanging straight with maybe a day off before the 10th. Aiming for 18 lbs to start hanging sessions now well see. Life is filled with variables we must adjust for.
 
Take a day or 2 off and allow yourself some relaxation, reset and rest. Come back with a vengeance!
 
Since Friday, my hanging has been all over the place. Some life issues are requiring more time than i wish. Anyways ive been hitting at least an hour, however its been like 40mins in the AM, and 20/30 mins in the pm with more extending. I hope tomorrow i can finally get an hour straight of hanging.

Sometimes things get hectic and you have to take what you can get. I am glad you have a positive attitude in this and realize there is always another day.

Measured today after session .

BPFSL-9 3/8( 9.375 post session) give or take.

NPEL just about 7.5 inches. Hard to measure as my EQ has been bad. Going to find something 7.5 and see if its true tomorrow as im bad with measuring .



so i had an object at 7.5 inches and yes, i passed the test confirming my nbpel at 7.5.. Still deciding if i should go for my life time goal of 8nbpel then go for my girth goal . I plan regardless to go another month of hardcore hanging to cement these gains.

also , my EQ still pretty crappy. Might do some edging every night after extending to help me EQ.,

Almost packing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. Length looked longer than usual and didn't even pump to the max. Might pump again tonight for 10 mins if i have time . Holidays killing my schedule. After seeing how wide i looked after pumping wish i always my 6inch temp girth remained at all times ha.
 
first hanging session since Wednesday was alright. 17.5x20 2 2x18lbs . measured my bpfsl for my next all out hanging game plan and its back down to 9.25 so I might remeasure tomorrow. Could tightness in my whole body from all of the cooking for Christmas. Really need to stick to a game plan of .5lb increase per week in order to ensure more gains. Thinking of adding 2x15mins hanging in the morning to get more time under tension .

It does feel great seeing the some gains. Anyways i moved up to 18.5 lbs in hanging. did 18.5x2x20mins 18x20 . Also added another .5inch bar on [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Trying to stretch every inch possible.
Eq is down, but im sure after a day off itll go back to normal.
