Thank you all, feeling way better than last night. Going for 3x20 @ 17.5lbs tonight . Lots of temp expansion from pumping the other night even though a buster a nut by accident Last night edging.
 
ahhh im having a terrible session. SKin pinching caused by pumping and now i have wasted an extra 15 mins trying to get the warping correct .. Guess we all have bad days.

Stopped at 45mins hanging time. Too much pain with all kinds of different wrapping. Rocking the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as a replacement and doesn't feel bad. Maybe after 30mins of extending ill warm up again and try to hang.

another update, after 1h extending my dick cant take anymore. Tried stretching it back in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after the 1h mark and was very sensitive.

Good and bad days but they all are worth it when the gains come. We can never expect for all things to be perfect there will also be places for correction and improvement.

Eq dropped. Saturday i was @ 9/10 . Reason why I love pumping . Temp expansion finally subsided after about 5 days.

hung on the 22, pumped&clamped on thew 23 and off on the 24th. Doing my hanging session now should be another 3x20 and extending after words.
 
Thanks. As for my routine, since friday ive been doing 3x20min hanging, sunday i did 6x20 mins. Stretch length seems improved, but dont want to measure until the 10th of December for the keeping up with rocky. That would set me in as a month . Funny thing is today is the year marker since i started this routine. I would say out of the year 9 months have been solid going not much slacking. So on decemeber 30th i will measure and see the final results. I hope my BPFSL will be at 9.5-9.75 with a BPEL of 8.5inches. If i do it those numbers, I might go to a Girth program. Due to my BPFSL being a full inch+ above my BPEL i believe the girth work will help my smooth muscle to help catch my bpel to my bpsl. Not sure, maybe some of you guys can help me decide on that.

had a different name back in the day now i got bigger and i had to changed it for a positive and longer name lol.

lol. Well my body has been beat. Really going all out on my strength training. Tuesday was the last day i hung , yesterday i did 10 min pumping with modified cock ring on for an hour after wards. No edema either. Going to pump again tonight but 5minx3, and 3x5 in clamping with modified cocking ring on most the night. Been on 3-4 hours of sleep plus hit Back today in the gym. 15/20 pounds away to hit year goals on lifts so thats good. back again tomorrow for hanging straight with maybe a day off before the 10th. Aiming for 18 lbs to start hanging sessions now well see. Life is filled with variables we must adjust for.
 
Take a day or 2 off and allow yourself some relaxation, reset and rest. Come back with a vengeance!
