Thank you everyone for posts. Want to confirm im well above 21 cm BPFLS especially after 1hour of extending. I also increased my bars by .5 inches. Was tough for the first 6 hours in it, but now its comfortable enough to wear 2+ hours straight. So now the im at 6 inches of additional bars. I did take a photo of a new mod for comfort which i will post later on.

Nice job.
I wouldnt worry at all about growing more foreskin than what you want, and either way you need some skin to make new gains.
If the mod you did yourself suits you than its all fine.
I only heard about the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] mod helping alot of guys with their [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], going even 6+ hours (12+/day) at a time without problem with any discomfort or blood circulation. I dont have personal experience.

No problem. It doesn't matter what [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] you have, you just hook it into the head piece and that's it. There is no difference in how you use it. It'll be more comfortable on your glans. Maybe add some padding to the base since you'll probably have it set higher. That shit starts to dig in after a while, you know.

I added another .5 inch bar to progress since it been month since my last bar added. I did slip, more once i got fatigued and rode the fatigue without the new .5 bar.
