Today was a bad pe day. I had a lot of breaks in my extending, not sure if that's okay or not.

AM: 10 min basic stretches
1 hour extending

noon: 10 min stretch
30 min extending
(hour break)
1 hour extending

PM: 10 min basic stretching
1 hour extending
10 min basic stretching
1 hour extending

*Girth increase I believe. Feels like I pumped the day before, but I didn't.



Update: DEC 11 routine will be cut shorter as I have a final for Tomorrow at 8am.

60 - 90 days on official measurements but you can check post girth measurement to be sure there is expansion. You can also check your flaccid stretched length once a week, length gains show up here first.

It is a great inspiration to watch gains happen in the bone-pressed, flaccid stretch because the happen here first and knowing you are gaining gives you that all important inspiration. Also Love, you should be getting in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches before each workout. These will help pre-stretch the tunica allowing for great elongation and expansion. yeah im stoked, added the .5 bar and going very smooth. Less pinching, pain and believe it or not, less cold glans. Previously I have implemented bundled stretches, but the new use of my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] left my frenulum sore. Now thats its back to 100% I will make sure I hit at least 5 mins bundled before extending! Also, DLD what do you think about Extending sessions where after 1/2 hours of extending i take a break for another 2 hours then jump back in for another 2 hours, ect, ect?
 
It's actually advisable to go for longer sets in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Basically the longer you extend the less opportunity it has to revert to it's original state.
 
^ im talking more about broken sessions, not continuous sessions. For example, 2 hours extending at 1pm then at 5 pm you extend again. Will that hinder gains even though im still hitting an average of 5 hour extending a day?

So happy you are seeing changes so quickly. You can use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] like that. The more time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] the better but if you only have a certain amount of time get in what you can.
 
Rule of thumb being do what you can when you can because things are going to come up because life is life and things will happen that keep you from doing everything you want every single day.

Seeing BPFSL increase of about 1 CM but will measure on DEC 30 cold to ensure true gains.
