Been pe'ing for over 3 years on and off, and now I feel that its a must to be consistent with a routine in order to get to my desire size(7.5x6 NBPEL).
I've gained a no more than .5 inches in NBPEL but not sure if that's because my penis was still growing at the time.

Current States
BPEL: 7.5inch
NBPEL: Average of 6.75 but on certain days can be a tad over 7 inches.
BPFSL: 8.07
MSEG: 5.4 or 5.5 on good days

2-29-2016 (3 month mark from start)

** Rice sock for 5-10 mins to start every extending session
**Cock ring for at least an hour after clamping sessions and throughout the day when I have the time to adjust my self.

No pumping today.
Just edged for 15 mins with as [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]fleshlight[/words] to promote blood flow after my final extending session.
Been seeing a .5 cm in BPFSL, but still to early to call for sure.

Some extra info: As a full time college student, I try to squeeze in sessions when I can.
Extending is usually broken apart throughout the day . I extend at or above my BPFSL. I usually do my manual stretching in between extending or randomly for at least 5 mins each time for multiply times a day.
Pumping is only done at night where I can spend time to do it. After clamping my MSEG tops at 6 inches or above.

im almost as big as you if i measure BPEL im 7.5 too,but measuring NBPEL im 6.5 or a bit bigger depending on EQ lately i have been doing ERECT STRETCHES,up to what i know they can help you to close the gap between BPEL N NBPEL..
 
thanks, didn't think it was that effective. My Eq has been pretty bad too, between finals, the gym and pe my body is beat.

You mean bpfsl and bpel right?

That's what I've read anyway. Definitely good to do regardless.

5-10 min rice sock
5 mins of basic stretches
3 hours extending

8 mins of pumping

* my frenulum was really sore so I had to lay back on the extending and pumping.Today it still feels sore, but going to try and extend for an 1 hour every 4 hours.

In addition, I added test boosters to my supplements that contains ZMA,D3 and trib , and I have to say my nuts and penis hang when I woke up was insane.

I managed to extend to day. I did 2 hours on low tension a little below my BPFSL.
After gym I managed to do another 3 hours extending. 2 hours at my normal tension, 1 hour low tension at my BPFSL.

Basic stretches for a total of 20 mins today all prior to extending.

No girth or edging will be done, just staying in my wrap unless i manage to stick in another hour of low tension extending.

Great workouts! That is a lot of time extending, I hope this pays off big for you in length gains. Is there no interest in girth right now?
 
Have you started using kegels yet? They're pretty great for eq and all that. There's a lot of other benefits to them as well, like halting an orgasm, multiple orgasms, literally shooting loads, etc. There's no real argument against kegels for pe basically.

They could also help your length routine if you do them before length work. They work out the pelvic floor muscles, so they get tired out, and allow you a better stretch than not exhausting those muscles. It would also be good to try kegels and reverse kegels (imagine forcing pee out) while you extend and just reverse kegels when you stretch.

Kegels are really just too useful to not include them in any pe routine. Everyone should do them honestly.

Length only routine is so easy to focus on and accomplish gains. I hope you get to your goal asap! Whenever some an exclusive length out girth workout its really becomes easier to gain for certain men. In your case, only wanting length, this will be a snap!

That is a very good thing! Most men do not see the importance of doing a kegel routine because it does not show, it is something we do not see, but I am here to say that Kegels are one of the most important thing that we can do to increase erection quality and supplement girth. Also, when you kegel hard and are able to keep it for say 10 minutes, imagine how big you would be in sex! Kegels are the hidden secret to PE.

1 min stretch in the follow directions(up,up right, up left, straight out, straight left, straight right, Down, down left and Down right. 30 sec bundle stretches in same directions. I will extended for an additional hour after at a high tension near BPFSL. yeah, you need education especially in PE. Got to research the right amount and try to implement as much as you can to progress.

Anyways, even studying most of last night I managed to get in a good routine. Shocked I managed to get this much in even with studying and 2 hour gym time.

DEC 9
AM:
10 min basic stretching
1 hour extending
10 min basic stretching
2 hours extending

PM:
10 min basic stretching
1 hour extending
10 min basic stretching
1 hour of extending

Total of 5 hours extending and 40 min basic stretching.

yeah 3 months ive spent almost non stop i started in october1st n going to measure on dec 31st


actually i started in january but i have taken breaks days off etc...these last 3 months i have taken things a bit more seriously.lol

Today was a bad pe day. I had a lot of breaks in my extending, not sure if that's okay or not.

AM: 10 min basic stretches
1 hour extending

noon: 10 min stretch
30 min extending
(hour break)
1 hour extending

PM: 10 min basic stretching
1 hour extending
10 min basic stretching
1 hour extending

*Girth increase I believe. Feels like I pumped the day before, but I didn't.



Update: DEC 11 routine will be cut shorter as I have a final for Tomorrow at 8am.
