Interesting question... I have the Kaplan system and can say girth improvements no question. I think the advantage of the bathmate is the expressive stretching... more effective for length gains. I can say that over the past 6 weeks or so... length in the tube has improved about 1/2” or so.

I don’t fill the tube yet, which may be contributing to the girth gains vs more in length. I was thinking about going down in tube diameter to pack more and promote length growth. I know you’ve pumped on and off... What are your thoughts overall?
 
Not sure if diameter will change much, I use mine in shower so stood up with force pulling it down so I think for length this works better than just sat in a bath with it on.

What is more your focus right now...more length or girth? I know your overall goal... was just wondering if one was more the objective.

Lol... I agree with that. But... you’ll be tickling tonsils with much more length! ?. Have you asked for any feedback as to “focused gains”?
 
Yea expansion was good, although a hit on sensitivity which I always get and usually the reason I stop again, I get like a prickly feeling in the skin

I get that too with my LM, and hanging. Usually the sweep mark is around 20 minutes, I have to completely stop and massage, and that helps tremendously. Sometimes I can go 40 minutes with hanging, but that's a stretch

That feeling is very normal and actually a good feeling because it means you’re stretching tissue and skin. The prickly feeling is actually due to micro tears in the tissue.
 
So any insight as you’ve begun to vary your routine? Any opinion as to how various exercises are effecting length or girth? Kinda like finding a “sweet spot”?

Not yet, still testing, not having the same feeling about stretching at the minute, feels like not making grounds but we will see end of May, no more gains and I will change and adjust
 
Another night and similar routine, 2hrs manuals, 425 Jelqs, no SSJ's and ring for 30mins, no bathmate either doh

Hopefully something will be happening with your length! You seem to be putting in plenty of hours with manual stretching, so deserve to see something! I’d definitely try to hit the BM if you’ve not used it fir a long time as you might be able to shock the system. You might also be able to ‘express’ some gains with hardcore stretches!

Big softish and can be moved around, more noticeable when wearing a ring.

I stopped using a ring and doing any non-manual construction after I had a huge thrombosis develop. It was kind of scary. The girth just below my glans swelled up 2" from fluid trapped under the skin and a few veins from shaft to glans hardened up and were like cords.

Completely normal and expected. You’ll find many veins starting to bulge bigger and bigger. The more blood you’re able to bring into your penis the more the veins were bulge. The only time that should bring worry is if the van has become hard and wire like.

what is the primary cause if this, exercise-wise?

Clamping is the main reason and over pumping is the second reason. Clamping should be completely and absolutely avoided with your 5×5×3 clamping is not needed any longer. SRT is not only slated to bring gains in the fastest way but also in the safest way.

To be safest in the game the best way I suggest the 5×5×3 or some variation of that. Tissue expansion is incredible water retention is negligible. And this is very safe so there is no risk of thrombosis.
 
Well done no clamping, virtually zero bathmate in years, mainly been doing length work and Jelqs, still need to get a pic.

It may be that's its fine as said been like it some time but I'll try get the experts view,
 
It looks fine to me also just keep an eye on it if you’re worried. You’re going to find many new veins popping up as you continue your journey
