2hrs manuals and my usual 5x5 in the bathmate followed by 30mins of wearing a ring, pushed up for a bit to around 188.
Bit sore, applied some hydrocortisone. That said reading up on the cream not sure it's a wise choice for the penis skin? Says shouldn't be used on penis and thins the skin

I’ve never used it and haven’t read anything around it. I wouldn’t use it myself if it was proven that it thins the skin as it’s likeky to lead to further issues with PE. What source have you read? Was it anecdotal or medical?

Sage advice! It’s frustrating as I like to see some kind of progress each session (it’s why pumping suits me at the moment) and I’m sure you’ll feel the same. Going up one mm or so a day is a great feeling, and a very good motivator for the next session, but it might be best to move on once any irritation subsided enough.

Yea no pressure gauge, for all I know I'm blowing the hell out of mine lol, yea still spotting and skin is prickly, want to try an dpush towards 190 if I can
 
Yea got winevac mod already on and comfort pad removed, makes an hell of a difference, I'll be honest without the winevac mod it would of made its way to the trash I think by now

The brotherhood saved Bathmate because of this issue. The wine vac we created when Bathmate just starting out and was losing sales due to lack of vacuum. This changed the whole game and within six months they came out with the handball to re-create the winevac.

That said I'm sure my EL looks and feels smaller after using bathmate

The prickly skin and spotting will go over time. You might get the prickle/stretch intermittently but keep lubed and it will make it easier. I sometimes still get spots when ssj’ing but I need results! ?

Yea trying to work through them, had them loads before but be honest I've never been consistant with BM to see past it

It should go within a few weeks. I used coconut oil in the cylinder and it seemed to go very quickly. It might have just coincided with the natural end of the prickliness as I started in around my second week but might be worth a try.

Well stopped using hydrocortisone and just using a cream I use on my face, hopefully helps, will see how it goes.

Prob my 6th or 7th day out of 8 using BM so see how we go, gonna stick with it for few weeks I think as my measure is coming up, so not confident as not seeing much change which will dissapoint with hours put in

You are gaining with what you’re doing so I would just stick with the plan. Maybe change up the intensity but I would not change up the exercises because they are working. They are not huge gains but it is an indicator that what you’re doing is working. But from the sounds of it what you’re doing needs to be increased in intensity and or in time.

A gain is a gain and you’ve likely gained more but your eq was ruler shy. Keep going, it sounds like what you’re doing is working.
 
Need to up the intensity but still stay discreet that's why I can't do the LM otherwise would of saved up by now.

Might try one of the cheap vac hangers to see how it goes to try and add something different.

I'm starting to get consistency with the BM which will give me the added change benefit going into the next month although may not help length as much

I was going to mention that but I forgot to go back and edit my post. This is very true especially if EQ is lacking. In my opinion the best way to measure is flaccid, bone stretched as this measurement will always be consistent and will not depend on EQ.

Just in terms of my consistancy with BM, never been consistant with it in the past but trying to now,. Did another 5x5 last night and managed to push up to 192. Noticed easier if sat to push more than stood

I couldn’t get used to the BM in the shower so always take a bath. It’s not doing my heating bills any good but other than that it’s much better!

I will pray for more motivation and inspiration for you to get these things done. It’s so important to remain consistent as the temporary gains are exactly what makes the permanent ones happen.
 
Well still chucking in 1 to 2 hrs of manuals a day (3-4 at weekends) and bathmate around 5 times a week on the 5x5. Really need to change my approach but not had time or energy to rethink my path. So fkr now will continue as was.

Keep going until your next measurement and then revamp the system if needed. Maybe try to increase the intensity for a few weeks if you can. Same format but shorter sharper sessions. Might make it more interesting for you, will mean you’re spending less time on PE and more time on chilling and it might shock your unit into responding to what you’re doing.

If you start to become bored with what you’re doing please re-create a new routine to keep yourself going. There are so many things you can do to switch everything up. If you wanna work on a new plan pretty soon let me know we can work it out.

Yeah... a little more involved than expected but seems all went well.... so that is good. No strenuous activity for another month or two ?

Don't feel bad man. I have an injury every time I compression hang or even vacuum hang the tips of my glands basically gets bruised. I rested for one week, started back up within 20 minutes my head was bruised again all over in different spots, it looks terrible. It does heal up in about 2 days. but I can't go back now to hanging or vacuum hanging or even using a vacuum ads. Like you 49er I'm kind of at a standstill. I think I could do manual work but I don't like it. I'm going to give it two more weeks to rest. Then I'm going to try to just either try everything with a penis cap or tape just over the grands, I don't know. I as well and in a slump big time
 
Probably had best part of 3 to 4 months worth of stretching with no days off, past week I had 2 days off together and the other days have been very reduced in terms of time spent, very busy and stressful week at work. Need to get my mind back on it, glad your all well guys

About one in. Gained one in in total. Trying to get to 7.25. this injury is devastating because it keeps coming back so easily and idk what it is even. PE is tough man lol. I can't hang less than 15lb. Light weight does nothing for me.

Taking time off tho man I know is fine. As I know you know 49er, gains come back easily after a break. At least you don't have an injury man!

Yea don't have injury, probably as I've never got into hanging whatsoever, was something I'm looking at due to getting into a rut bug keep seeing folks with injurys/blisters etc and thinking is it all worth it

that’s great that you had so much good time and don’t let that go. If you’ve reduced your routine over the past couple days it’s most likely because you need to. We should always be tweaking our workouts to become better and better. And when things become stressful it’s important to take a break. Nothing good is accomplished in frustration.

Lol... I think a consequence of summer. It’s so much harder when you are busy. How long have you been at it this time?

I’ve been 3-4 months or so... it’s a lot of work but I think gains will come. Also as you approach your goals... I think it gets harder.
 
Whenever I would get to that point where I did not feel like training is when I would go into overdrive and force myself to train. After those sessions I felt so much more accomplishment than after the easy sessions.

I hope you've at least maintained. What havent you tried yet in terms of stretches? Are you using expressive stretches?

Also, as my BM was on the fritz this month I had to get a little bit more creative as I couldn't expressive/hardcore stretch with it. I started trying different placements and exit angles, often within the same set (i.e. deflating slightly, repositioning and reinflating), I found this was actually seemed to be stretching me internally (it certainly felt like it). Coupled with light external pressure (i.e. a push and hold) in the direction of the 'pump stretch' it created a very intense and involved (read: not boring :)) session. We can do things to make the mundane or routine more interesting! Try to keep it up mate :)

Will see if I can get a decent measure tonight and see how I feel post that.

It's not easy trying to make time to PE surreptitiously. Good luck with the measuring mate!

I’m looking forward to your new measurements. Four months is plenty of time and only losing two days is incredible. Praying for some good news!
