I have had an x30 for years and never could get enough of a seal to pull off and have anything else than a loss of suction happen. I even use the vac mod... I am pretty average in size, so maybe not filling the tube is an issue...but I can't get that much suction to stretch. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong - enlighten me!

Got back up to 2.5hrs bundled/stretching and 300 jelqs so getting back, weekend now so up the anti a bit.

Cock is definately feeling fuller day in day out in a flaccid state, totally different from beginning of year

With a bit of a slower week did you notice any less stretchyness, more tightness?
Do you wrap for extended state or use a stretcher?

Dude so need to get into wrapping, noticed with workouts and tablets I'm feeling lot thicker making it slightly harder to do twisted bundles but doing them still.dont think it's down to doing less hrs as still putting something in daily
 
Give it a shot...ace wrap takes a little to become “good”.but gives some of the extended state without spending much $$. I have the sillisleeves too... but I think a larger flaccid penis makes them easier to use. Hopefully reintroduce soon ?.
 
7” is the magic number here! don’t sweat a .1”. Probably just an EQ or measuring thing. And after a light week and only picking back up over the weekend... you’ve retained atleast .6 in of recent gains! I think it’s a good gauage for you now moving forward...kinda establishes a baseline for decon time.

Yea I know, all mindset. Making up for it today with a min 4hrs stretching routine, I want 7.5 lol
 
Could you give me some ideas to increase stretching focused on length.

I do 5-10 min bundled stretches- some in each direction

Newbie routine-usually takes about 40 min

Throughout the day will perform 5-10 min sets...basic and bundles... maybe for a total of 30 min??

Any recommends?
 
I like to do 50% if not more of bundled, twisted stretches, for me this is opening me up for gains so more of these the better, i mix so that first stretch is bundled then straight stretch and continue to alternate the whole time
 
Yea manual bundles, I alternate by each pull which can vary with length. Mainly by gland but recently starting grabbing shaft and one finger around gland
 
Stupidly measured again last night and could only get 7.1 :(

This may be because of fatigue for the lack of eq. Don’t be hard on yourself just wait till you have the ability to get a 100% erection or you could just measure using flaccid-stretched, bone-pressed. The measurement will be consistent no matter how poor your EQ may be.
 
Managed around 2hrs manual stretching tonight and 300 jelqs, few SSJ's flowed by wearing ring.

Behind glandsfeels bit sore from constant stretching so been trying to pull on shaft, bit harder like.

Maybe days rest required but will see how tomorrow goes

Sounds like it was a pretty hardcore session. A day off might do you good.

The solution is very simple, just type it out by hand until Apple can get better speech to text software. Or just get in the habit of proofreading your speech to text before you send it, that’s what I am doing.

I suggest reading through two routines and let me know your thoughts. I’ll give you some instructions below that I’ll need from you but in the meantime you can read these two threads. The first routine will be the newbie routine and the next thread will be the SRT Routine.

questions I will want to know. How big are you now and how big do you want to become. Do you own any tools? How much time do you have every day? Are you going to work on both girth and length or do you plan on working on one first and the other later? Let me know these answers and I can help you put a routine together that will be perfect for you.
