In my head I still need to see 7 as NBPEL as I don't like the fat pad hiding it. Once I hit that ill be happy, well temporarily until I hit 8 lol
 
I'll be honest my routine ain't nothing special, I basically just sit on my sofa for hours twisting and pulling in different directions for as long as possible. I then do 1 or 2 sets of 300 Jelqs a day followed by a few SSJ's. I then wear my cock ring for 20 to 30mins to keep it in state. The bathmate use is a rarerity at the min and for the odd occasion I did it straight after Jelqs and just for 5 mins but not used it recently.

forgot to ask... how long has it been since you last measured at 6.5 until now... essentials the time to have gained the 0.7”?

I've been thinking that for years, throw in some big workouts and consistency and bingo just gotta keep going now. Sure you will also smash yours my friend
 
Workouts not been as long for past week, back working at place of work rather than home, but still throwing in a few hours every night stretching and along with Jelqs although last night was first night without any jelqing , slacking doh
 
Well atleast you got a nice opportunity and put it to good use and made some very nice gains...Anxious to see your next chapter evolve.

Still at home here... so trying to follow in yiur footsteps... I figure I have atleast another few weeks where I can really focus and work out throughout the day. It would be a nice “kick” to get first two months in really productively.
 
Yea I'm thinking to introduce hanging but maybe rushing into that decision. May do another 2 mth of what I'm doing before changing ought
 
Probably fair based in the gains yiu recently experienced. Maybe wait for a plateau...I can say just from a few hanging sessions.. it does feel good. At first slight pull but by the end of 10-20 min you can really feel the fatigue. I’m trying to use it more as an extended stretch devise than additional stretch right now... probably only 4-5 pounds. Sure some stretch from it too though...

Question fir you, DLD has mentioned integrating expressive stretching... any recommendations or what you have used? I’m a little amiss at ideas...
 
4.5hrs manual stretches and 300 Jelqs today, feeling worn a bit

That’s a lot of work you should be ready for a rest. It probably feels great though to know if you got all of this in.
 
Trying to keep momentum, not got to a day where I thought actually he needs a day off, busy week coming up so he will get some rest to a degree

When using DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches one is able to really experience stretching internal penis without touching it! A way to help stretch this area manually is through The Total Package Stretch . I made this stretch years ago but has fallen deep into the archives of Matters of Size. This stretch is very easy. The user simply grips, with two hands, his entire package, including scrotum and stretch from the lowest point of the body outward. This method is powerful too and one should show some restraint.

Last but not least is LengthMaster, lower shaft stretching . The Bundle Chamber allows the user to strap the LengthMaster to his lower shaft and use both hands to stretch it! The most powerful method of all! Be careful with this stretch as it can apply a lot of force. Always start easy and work up to intensity slowly and within good limits!

Thank you!! I dint have the Bathmate so this definitely gives me some ideas and guidance. Especially the total package stretch. Wonder if there are any videos or schematics of this? Currently the older discussions when PA was just coming out and different variations in stretch to focus on internal stretch.

Momentum is a steady and continuous, methodical way to train. And with momentum it can be increased over time.

Also to add to this, if you’re going full package pumping it makes sense to use a full package cock ring. The fat tire is probably the best for a full package ring. Many of us knows the benefits of this practice.

Even less today 1.25hrs only of manual stretching(bit sore) but decrease due to workload. Gonna try get 300 Jelqs in shortly. Day to write off

I have had an x30 for years and never could get enough of a seal to pull off and have anything else than a loss of suction happen. I even use the vac mod... I am pretty average in size, so maybe not filling the tube is an issue...but I can't get that much suction to stretch. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong - enlighten me!

Well managed just 1 hr stretching and no Jelqs last night, was cream crackered.

Need to make up for loss time and get at least 2hrs in this evening,
