I feel that if I help others they will help me, I don't pretend to know everything about PE but I've read a lot on the site over the years to know a bit. I'd love all members to try and do the same, this community is still relatively quiet 95% of the time with a very small pool of people who post daily, be great to change it
 
Well put in an hour a two of manuals a day over past number of days however not done anything else, so no Jelqs, no ssj etc. Measure day is coming up and not feeling gained any on last measure which will be a dissapointment but also kick in the balls to change my methods, we shall see

How is the vein situation? What sort of gains did you see with the BM the first time you used it? Only asking because if you do need to shake it up (and it goes without saying that I hope you don’t because you have some sort of gain come measuring day) it might be a decent thing to go back to if you’re comfortable on the thrombo (I honestly don’t think it was though...I think your veins are either getting bigger or they’ve been moved by something else that’s getting bigger and are just more visible) front.

I usually pump at around 4-5 Hg, so not real high. I’d say pumped length maybe a little smaller than bpfsl?? not sure how the #s compare to BPEL. Haven’t measured yet.. so preparing in case not as planned ?

The veins will be more noticeable when restricted. It’s the same with any veins. Think of being at the doctors and they tourniquet for injections.

As for the BM, BSA used to take breaks of four days and it would take him a couple of days to get back into it (he’d sometimes push it a bit too far at that point not realising how much these short spaces of time would decon the unit and have a couple of drops of blood, so it’s worth taking it slow and listening to the body.). I’m not sure how long you’ve been away but it’s provably best to start from scratch. You might catch up quicker but it’s better to be safe than sorry. I’m sure you’ll be back to full pressure in no time if you take it sensibly.

I’ll let you know at the end of the month. I’ll be measuring bpfsl and bpel then. I’m currently topping the label on the hydro9 so that’s around 8.5 - 8.75. I think I might be limited by girth at the moment though...my base is filling the bellows when fully pumped so not sure if the comparison would be useful.

I would say that the longer you become the farther away that vein will be from your base. This way if you wear a cock ring it is below the vein.

What do you pump in? Im currently using the BM but according to many users (BSA being one) the label on the BM is for reference only, I.e. it is not necessarily accurate. They advise it may be up to .75 inch out.

Anyhoo, regardless of that, if you’re using the BM, do you kegel whilst in the cylinder? I find that I can kegel and reverse kegel for a while and I’ll be able to pump further (sometimes it’s a case of just doing 5 good kegels and a heavy reverse kegel before I can get another good BM ‘squirt’ I tend to get no further than 8.75 though as it starts to get uncomfortable at the base.

Ps, I think my bpfsl may have increased but I do not want to measure yet! So again, I might not be the best comparison :)
 
Always find can push more on the 2nd pump than the first,

I’m getting to around 8.25 before any aching in the cc’s whilst kegeling and after about the 4th I can get to 8.75 but can’t mantain for long. But yep, when I started a couple of weeks ago it was a stepped increase each set.

Less than my erect length, maybe 6.5 to 7 inches on the first night and hit up to 7.5 fairly quickly. Took a little longer to max out and then longer still to get to the top of the sticker but I’ve tried to push through the stretching feeling and aching discomfort in the cc’s and my abdomen.

I use it in the bath and try to warm up a bit before I use it and also bundle stretch and kegel like crazy the further you can push that, the more space you can fill so the more water you can push out...to a point, and that’s where I am now at the top of the label but I’m hoping I can push further quite quickly.

I’m glad you’re seeing no more issues and I would just keep your foot on the brakes until you feel confident to go more intense. There’s never a rush to gaining size!

thanks fir the insight guys. I use the Kaplan 2 cylinder system so a little differt than your program. Andy, kinda in line with you I think...I’d say beteeen BPEL and bpfsl. A, not as good as you! Haven’t officially measured since starting... but I’d guess 1/2-3/4” difference in the length based on tube dimension...girth seems to be much easier to gain for me. Trying to be super patient and not rush measurement but enjoy the PE experience.
You both have made nice gains... someday...some day ?
 
Was a steady night, got in around 2hrs of manual stretching followed by my 3rd 5x5 bathmate session, again only pumping to just under My BPEL. Chucked my ring on for 25 mins post workout. Went OK although foreskin feeling a bit sore I guess from expansion.

Excellent days work my brother! Try some gentle massage to the area of the foreskin that is sore. This may help, you can also try to use a hot compress before massage.

Red spots will happen probably through your whole career. What I would be more focused on is discoloration and thrombosis. You already know that over pumping can bring these issues. I also know that you understand the 5×5×3 and why we use this. Keep up the good work my brother.
 
Got old bathmate hercules so have no idea what i pump to, I do have the winevac mod tho
That’s awesome! Do a winevac modification and that pump will kick ass. And then having the Hercules in working condition there are many other exercises you can start doing.
 
Well stayed off bathmate last night but did some manual work around 1 to 2hrs worth. Will be back on the bathmate tonight to see how I continue to progress, would love to be able to push past my BPEL

Yea got winevac mod already on and comfort pad removed, makes an hell of a difference, I'll be honest without the winevac mod it would of made its way to the trash I think by now

It appears a typical bpfsl is commonly about 0.5” longer than BPEL and pumped length objective may be about the same?

but at your lengths...what’s a tenth of an inch or so ?.
 
2hrs manuals and my usual 5x5 in the bathmate followed by 30mins of wearing a ring, pushed up for a bit to around 188.
Bit sore, applied some hydrocortisone. That said reading up on the cream not sure it's a wise choice for the penis skin? Says shouldn't be used on penis and thins the skin
 
Good days work...any fluid retention or increase in spotting?

I’ve noticed some tenderness after I increase even slightly the pressure during a pumping session.The tenderness usually subsided in about a week at the increased pressure...usually even just1 Hg. So if you are increasing length almost every session...I’m guessing a bit more than 1Hg. Slow and steady...try staying at 186/187 for a week or so and go from there since you don’t have a gauge?
