Make sure you clean up good afterwards. I always had a towel, body wash and a water bottle with me when doing my jelqs. Wait until you get all the extra skin and get a pimple mid shaft, that's a fun thing to explain to a check. Just listen to what your body tells you, push until your body gives in and let's you have the say in how far you stretch or expand. Rest is needed so don't ever feel bad about it.
 
Thanks guys. I'm thinking of using a different exercise instead of jelqing. It's super messy and I don't notice any expansion whatsoever from it. Any ideas which or if this is a good idea or not?

Good expansion today from doing 10 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, better than usual and ended up with red dots on my shaft.

You can always dry jelq. I do in between [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions. I'm fine with girth until I get the length I want. You have supra slammers also and go through the list of exercises DLD gives in his new thread about making gains and using twists. I've read it twice and the amount of knowledge and exercises in there is crazy. Read it more than twice. You'll find something new each time. Don't get discouraged, you'll find the right exercises in no time. Just keep a positive mind set and you'll get gains just from the relaxed state of mind. Believe in yourself and what your doing. That's half the battle. If your upset, your dick will retract. It sounds weird but it's true. Ask DLD. Good luck bro.
 
Only bundled stretches today. The tunica(i think) feels very tough at the moment. Going to let it rest for a few days on the girth work and just do bundled stretches and the newbie stretches.

Yea if jelqs aren't working for you,ssj are your best bet .

It can be done dry and I believe to be a better exercise dry.

Which other exercise should I use as well as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], I was doing the regular jelq but I want to switch to another dry exercise.

I was thinking maybe clamping first, and then SSJs, 5x5x3.

Edit: Tried the 5x5x3 with clamping and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s today. The expansion was the best I've had so far.

I got the best expansion I've had so far. I'm going to experiment still. Next session I will probably try a different girth exercise to go with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words]. Maybe will clamp 3-4 times a week since it seems quite intense.
 
^ Be carefull with clamping as its intensity could hurt your EQ as well

I think this sounds pretty safe in my opinion. Five minutes of clamping is not enough time to cause discoloration or thrombosis. I look forward to future information on how well this is working for you. Thank for answering me.
 
Good session today, the post girth was around 5" which is new for me. It's good to see the numbers going up. Cockring also arrived today so I'm going to be wearing that throughout the day from now on. Should I wear this whilst sleeping too or is that a bad idea?
 
If your like me and wake once in a while, yes. If not it's your choice. I wouldn't unless it's a loose ring due to constant erections at night and the lack of blood flow in and out. It all depends on how you and your body get accustomed to it. Do it during the day, if it's uncomfortable during the day, it more than likely will be at night until you can acclimate your penis to this new routine. The real answer is only you can figure it out through trying.

It depends on how much you are restricted. I would not go too tight, just tight enough to keep the pump. Also, remember, during sleep you will have erections so it may fall off as you go back into flaccid state. Maybe just not worth the time.
 
I have them but don't use them since I won't do girth until I get my length gain. I'm 5.25" in girth now. I lost .25" when I stopped. I'm gonna start getting in jelqs again to help overall though.
 
Seem to be getting more and more expansion every session now the past few days. Forgot the bundled stretches today and still got good expansion.
 
That's good. Get them bundles in man. Better to do it and believe they help than to not do them and believed they would've helped. That's my thinking. Since I'm only working on length, I include them as many times as I can throughout the day and right before I hang. It's proven the tunica is the hardest to grow, so keep trying man.
 
Still going strong with the routine. My post girth is 5" or a bit over every time now. Before I was getting 4.85 at best. When I measure before I'm also at 4.9" girth. It's really satisfying to see the numbers go up
