Spent the weekend with just bundled stretches + regular jelqs and my penis started to feel thicker again. I think I'm going to start alternating the 5x5x3 and jelqs each day. Just like weight training, high intensity every day doesn't mean better results.

Remember Vinc that Bundled Stretches are what will eliminate these dealings on gains. If you penis is feeling tight, hard and as if it can no longer expand it is high time to stretch the Tunica. As the Tunica becomes stretched and enlarged the penis will naturally grow much faster.

Jelqs are such a good exercise because they grant you better eq for one. Second they leave your cock more full flaccid, and erect. Always do jelqs brother because honestly your cock likes them, they enhance any other exercise.

Jelqing is what all PE was founded on! It wasn't till [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] came along that the PE World exploded with new exercises and tools!
 
I've noticed since the clamping my penis feels a lot tougher than it did before even with bundled stretches before each session. Going to stop clamping for a while and go back to jelqs + slow squash jelqs and see if it helps.

I'm doing bundled stretches before each session for 10 minutes. I will try twist more to make them more intense.

Excellent. Be sure to twist right and left equally to be sure Tunica is being stretched evenly.
 
Routine is going well still. My length seems to be increasing fast despite not doing much length work at all. I measured in just under 6.5" BPEL and I'm always 6.4". So that's 0.2" increase which I'm happy about and it's noticeably longer I think.

Unfortunately the girth is taking longer to come. I feel like I've cemented a small portion and I'm usually 0.05-0.1" over my starting girth. Hopefully the gains keep coming.

That is not uncommon with gaining length from girth work. A good article to read that explains this phenomenon is The Penis is a Balloon not a Rope
 
Hey. Not posted on here in a while. I've been fairly consistent with PE and have spent my time experimenting with different exercises to see what works.

I unfortunately got two dark bruises on the underside of my penis from girth exercises a while ago which don't seem to be going away. I've cut out girth work now as I believe the extra pressure to be contributing to it not healing and I am now focusing on stretching which I've previously not done much of.

My current length routine is the newbie stretches followed by 5 minutes of bundled stretches. I do 10 minutes of light jelqing a few times a week and I wear a loose ish cockring throughout the day just to help keep my girth up. I was around 5" girth before stopping and am back down to 4.875" girth now - still nearly 0.2" over my starting starts.

Any advice on the bruising would be great as well as progressing from here.

How long have these bruises been around? Sometimes bruising can be permanent, I have a permanent bruise on the upper side of my penis. The reason these bruises become permanent is because when they happen many guys will work through them and end up causing permanent bruising. If you stopped soon enough these bruises should go away on there own. You can speed the recovery using deep tissue massage and heat (a heating pad is great as a heat source). You can also take 1 baby aspirin a day until the bruising dissipates, this will help thin the blood.

As far as your routine goes, I think it is great as temporary routine until your injury heals. The only changes I would make is to do the Bundled Stretches before the others, this will help stretch internal structures to accept greater gains and stop all erect work, including light jelqing until the bruising is gone. Please let me know how this happened, when it happened and how quickly you stopped girth work after noticing.

Probably a 4 to 6 weeks at most. I stopped a couple of weeks after noticing them. I have been doing some firegoat rolls and it was starting to fade until I jelqed at a bit too high intensity again. I'm hoping it isn't permanent.
 
The bruising seems to be fading slowly but it is hard to tell. I will continue another few weeks focusing on length. At what point should I consider the bruising permanent? I have enough extra money to get the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] now so I want to get started on that when I can. No point wasting too much time if it's permanent.

If it is fading it is not permanent. I am not sure yet whether it's fading. It's quite hard to tell. I have gained another 0.1" in length though so I can't complain.

Should I wait til it's faded(if it isn't permanent) before pumping?

Also, I found a similar product to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words], what's your opinion on this? I figured they were effectively the same but the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] is more expensive.
