Okay folks, you all, or y'all for short, know your shit. Whether you're new here or have been posting and helping out for years, to have Penis Enlargement on your radar in the first place puts you above the general male population. So if need be, beat the shit out my routine so we can all benefit from it. But keep in mind who and what type of mindset this is geared for... Again, lazy stressed out morons like me!
A special request from DLD to advice and consent as well, because lets be honest, we're not here without his dedication, knowledge, and willingness to bring this knowledge to anyone looking for.
Get in the tub and soak for a few minutes, getting nice and loose.
Stretch for 5 minutes.
Then do 100 jelqs while as erect as possible.
Get into [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and do 2 sets of Superdick’s stretching methods while as hard as possible.
Sets Include:
Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. Do 3 upward stretches for 30 seconds each.
- Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
- Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
- Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Downward Stretches: Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. Do 3 downward stretches for 30 seconds.
- Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
- Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Now do 100 of Superdick’s cranks, as in slowly moving the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] around.
By now you may have lost some suction or water. Whether you do this in or out of the water, sitting on the ledge is easiest, take the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] off for a minute and sit in the water and relax.
Now, if you have a VacVin, (the wine suction device that allows you extra suction) get back in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and pump as hard as you can until you can pump no longer… You should know your threshold just by the pain. You should also notice that you’ll be able to pump to where it may be a bit larger then before, which is a positive result of the exercises.
Stay fully pumped for 5 minutes.
Take the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] off again and rest for another couple of minutes.
Now, do the above again one more time, stretches, exercises, and pumping. Rinse Recycle and Repeat. Once a day.
