Hey what’s up fellas. The snakeman is in the building. It’s been a long time. As most already now, I’m married with a kid now. My son is 8 months old now and is growing fast. He’s like my light skinned mini clone. LOL.
Anyway though. I haven’t done any serious PE in a long time except for some occasional pumping but I’m getting back into it since I have a little bit of time on my hands now. I have actually lost some size do to lack of PEing and it would seem that the many years of PE that I’ve done has caused my tunica to toughen with some fibrosis that has set in on the right side of my penis around midshaft creating a slight dent near this area. Nothing that can be seen unless I pull the skin back on my penis with a full erection.
So my current size right now is bpel 9.6 inches nbpel 9.3 inches x 6.2 midgirth x 6.4 base girth. So basically I have lost almost a half inch in bonepressed and non bonepressed erect length which definitely sucks since my final goal was to reach 10 inches.
I’m now ready to get back in the game since my son is older and my life has stabilized. My new PE workout is now centered on pumping being the meat and potatoes of it all. I now have a DP-4000 DIGITAL MAXIMIZER [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penis pump[/words] and have been using it for 2 weeks now. I definitely like this peace of equipment because it allows me to pump for much longer periods of time then a standard manual pump. With the DP-4000 Digital maximizer pump I can preset how much vacuum force I want to use in which I set up my pumping workout to pulse the vacuum pressure to high points and low points.
The first 10 to 15 minutes of my session is a warm up phase where I don't go any higher then 4 to 5 gs of pressure. Afterwards I have the vacuum pressure rise up to 7 to 12 gs of pressure for only 3 to 5 seconds then drop back down to 3 to 4 gs of pressure for 1 to 2 seconds then right back up to 7 to 12 gs and the cycle continues like this for a good 45 minutes. By pulsing the vacuum this way this keeps fresh oxygenated blood constantly flowing throughout the penis while giving my penis a good stretch with the high pressures. This also allows me to pump for much longer then when I used to pump for 15 minutes per set with the manual pumps.
Right now I'm pumping for 1 hour straight and after an hour long set, my midshaft girth is usually around 6.6 to 6.8 inches inches. This is obviously fluid build up but my plan is to work up to 2 or 3 one hour pump sessions every other day. Basically I want to start aiming for 2 to 3 hour erections in the pump but have them split up to 1 hour long sessions a piece. Almost like when I was doing chemical PE and I would inject pge1 for 3 to 4 hour erections.
My plan is for the 2 to 3 hours of erection time in the pump with fresh nutrient filled blood coming in to help bring back the size I’ve lost and hopefully add more size over time.
Eventually I will bring hanging back into the equation as well but not right now since I don’t want to do too much to my dick to soon.
